TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Ed is a true hero always available to take calls and give free advice. There have been a few issues over the years with some other employees but he more than makes up for the small bumps in the road with his professionalism and is a major reason why I continue to deal with TD.

Waiting to long in line. I had to go in the branch 2 days in a row 2 tellers and 15 people in front of me i left. I waited the day before with about 10 people in line. Need another branch. Not impressed with some of there staff

I come to TD Canada Trust once a week and more often for depositing trustee cheques and depositing loose change, but looking forward to a great future when I start my 4 TD insurance policies for Home Auto Health and Dental. I knew from the very beginning that when I came here I got my dreams accomplished, and to open a FHSA and other stuff.

Went to deposit my paycheck as my new company pays by cheque and the bank told me there would be a 10 day hold on my pay and that every pay for the next 3 months would be the same after already going 2 weeks between jobs with no pay. Now I’m going to be short for bills because they’re unwilling to understand the circumstances of paycheques and new jobs, holding someone’s pay from a long standing, well established business is ridiculous.

Tania does not like answer the phone maybe she should be re-assigned another job with no customer interactions.

Branch sucks. Always a long line of 15 plus people everyday. The employee leisurely walk around with no sense of urgency as if they're on a Sunday morning walk. Depositing money shouldn't be an hour long ordeal

I've been with this branch of TD Canada Trust since early 2010 (They were located on East Main St.back then). I've never had any problems with this branch and the employees that work here are friendly. Yes, it can get busy at times, but I imagine that's no different than any other financial institution.

Michelle was wonderful and helped us in a timely manner with our business account needs.
Bank tellers at the front are great as well always ready to help

Hello is anyone there? They never answer the phone or return phone calls worst TD I've dealt with.

Banking takes forever at this branch.thinking of moving business elsewhere. Not sure why they have an "express" business lane when they let everyone use it.usually it takes longer than the other tellers.

Amber went out of her way to help and rectify my predicament!
I would highly recommend her and her staff for their over the edge help!

Peichen (Olivia) Yang is amazing! She is so friendly and gets the job done, she listens very well to my requests and is eager to ensure a great job, her and the front desk staff are really turning that place around, from the fonthill branch to the new welland branch its a Night and day difference! This young crew they have in there is nice, and they know what it takes to keep a happy customer! I had reservations of dealing with TD after a bad experience in the past but it seems like everything is a go here at this Branch - Great turn around.keep up the great job, the smiles and friendly customer service.
