TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Very bad experience with TD. I came for buying presciuos metal. They need to verify my identity, and they want only my passport not other documents.

Visited the bank (@7685 Hurontario St) today. It was a bad experience. The Manager behind the tellers did not have the courtesy to immediately answer my questions, did not want to talk to me, had a lousy client reception, and provided poor customer service. TD indicated that if you have certain account types and specific business with TD, you are classified as a preferred customer, but no one seemed to care at the branch.

I had an extremely unpleasant encounter with the bank staff who displayed rudeness and a lack of interest in resolving my issue. Despite waiting for over 45 minutes, they were unable to verify the authenticity of a bank draft and ultimately, I was forced to arrange a proof of its authenticity. I may consider closing my law firm's bank account with TD and look forward for other options.

Chandan Garg from 7685 Hurontario st provided the best customer service. He was very friendly and outgoing. He explained everything well and was very understanding. I Would recommend him for any of ur Financial needs.

Go to place if you have a lot of time to waste. Went to the bank as a non-customer and was told by the lady at the front desk that we can wait in line to be assisted. The lady at the counter said SORRY, we cannot really assist non-customers.
Wasted 30 minutes for nothing.
