TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Went to pay a bill to this branch, it was like talking to a robot, terrible customer service from teller, he was unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome, not visiting this branch again

The staff are great, but very frustrating that they still close the ATM's outside of business hours. Every other bank has theirs open.

They cut back the hours they are open but are service fees never go down and there drive though machine is always out of cash so have to go to different bank and I get charged for them not having a working ATM, every month I get charged for over draft protection but I don't have overdraft funny how there can do all this and get away with it

I have been at the TD Kingston Centre to open a account with a US cheque I was told I need an appointment! I then received an appointment for February 28, this is not suitable as I need the US cheque converted to Can. Dollars IMMEDIATELY! February 28 is much too late as it takes time for the exchange as stated! If you cannot make a earlier date I will then close all accounts with TD. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Just what in God’s name is everyone doing!

Drive through printer was down all weekend
The branch is locked now so you cannot get to the other atms after hours
