TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Worst branch of TD I ever visited. Supervisor definitely lack experience. No one at branch has authority of clearing a cheque regardless of your profile. Only thing she could say is I’m doing my job. (Which she doesn’t do very well if you ask me). How come it is only at this branch that I have difficulty depositing a cheque!

To anyone going to this branch and want any banking service please request Naga, he’s a great professional and explains everything to you with patience and kindness.

Again worst branch in the city. Can’t even use the atm for my own bank after hours.

Direct deposit trans actions are not working loss of money that can't be found in your account after saying it was deposited directly. Photo check transfers that says it's deposited even know soon after the bank rejects it and doesn't tell you. If your handy cap disabled they don't care and will not help you figure things out but they will take your money

Very rude tailor, the blond lady who is slightly chubby and acts overly polite. The branch manager is also rude and she is a latin woman. The employees are generally incompetent and lack manners or customer service in this branch.
