TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I have using this branch for a while but my recent experiences have been awful. Their new manager is just really really RUDE. My last experience was so bad it ruined my entire day. I am now considering completely switching to a different bank.

If you can, definitely go to another branch! After two visits to get an issue sorted out, I was told that there was nothing the tellers or the manager could do to help me, so basically, "Good luck! "
I immediately went to another nearby branch, and they helped solve the problem in about 15 minutes.

I tried to deposit certified draft Cheque and the supervisor first asked me if I know the person who I have same last name, then informed me that the Cheque needs to be kept on hold for 5 days for clearance even if it’s certified or go to another brunch to cash it.
TD needs to review their employees and policies to keep those clients, this is second experience with TD asking me trying different bank … very professional right!

The bank is very good, friendly, kind and honest. They were direct with me and guided me through every step of the process to get a credit card. Would recommend them …
