Terrible service. Ignorant staff. Hate TD for this reason. Treat you like low class. Rude, snotty, make appointments and then tell you your access card wasn't enough Id to raise overdraft limit. Horrible experience. Will honestly only use this bank for absolutely necessary transactions Go elsewhere for any service beyond ATM machines. Hard to believe with service like this they're even open for business. ZERO Stars!

That manager lake of professionalism, I visited the branch last week to close a metal account, the teller asked his supervisor who advised him that i needed to do it online, i showed him that the website shows that i have to do it in the branch, he went to her again and come back to me that i need to take an appointment for that, i asked him why he said when i will come in the appointment the account manager will call Td precious metal and ask them how he/she can do it, i asked him so they will wait for me to come to call them, she said yes we know the procedure s the best despite that 5 min ago she wanted me to do it online, i took the appointment to come again on another day but i went ahead and emailed the td metal and that was their reply; Any branch representative should be able to assist and would be able to contact their treasury department for further assistance. I will notify the branch managers of the procedure and inform them of the correct process for reaching their treasury department as no appointment is required for the branch team to call the metals desk. The branch does have access to our platforms, I hope whoever read that understand how the employee of that branch do not know the basics of their work and lake of responsibility and want just to pass the task to their peers

They closed an access to all machines on October 2nd, because they were closed due to holiday, but the access to machines should be available all the time. Moreover, the same time the drive- through machine was out of service. This is terrible customer service. There were plenty of old people who came to withdraw the cash, but they just could not and turned back. It should be improved.

My saving money when i want draw the indian man staff person ask me personal and stupid Queston. Also waisting my time. He is rude person.i dont like this guy.

Rahul Customer Service Is Excellent. He is always ready to help out in any possible he can. Glad to have a person like him in my nearest branch.

The self service kiosks are only available when the bank is actually open. Unless you walk yourself over to the drive thru kiosk. Groups of people standing next to my vehicle creates a strange dynamic when I am accessing my financial institution by reaching out of my window. Such unnecessary risk. Why is this branch like this? *Posted on Sunday at 1: 40 PM. I parked to write this and watched three other individuals park and walk to a locked door. Put a sign in your window saying "Indoor kiosk unavailable while closed. "

I usually do most of my banking via the app, but when I need to pop in, the staff are always friendly and tolerant. Glad to have chosen this branch.

Lindsay Cocomazzi must be the most incompetent customer experience Manger I have ever seen. Just standing in line I saw her make unnecessary difficult situations for customers one what looked like a 90 year old man and she was no different when I approached the teller. I deal with many banks on weekly basis and to see someone like this in charge is just sad to see.

Lost my credit card so I went into the branch, they were unable to serve me and gave me a 1-800 number to call. I called it, and it wouldn’t let me get passed the robot asking for my card number which I lost, so calling that number was absolutely useless.

Please start hiring people with real people skills and provide good customer service.

They will not give me my husband s file who is deceased even though I I have papers by the Ontario superior Court of Justice. Dreaming me as executor of his estate. The same person who I dealt with the second time said that I would be responsible for my husband s loan. Dead wrong. Because as BDO stated that I was not responsible for the the debt incurred by him. If I could give u a zero I would. It shoes with all the negative feedback that this branch should be investigated by head office.
