Don't try to open upen account with them. They don't like it. Because then they have to take a break from standing around and doing nothing and go on their computer and make an appointment for you. The cashier was huffing and puffing and kept telling me it's really not necessary for me to open an account with them. But i insisted. I don't know if they are prejudice or just lazy. I haven't made up my mind about this just yet. Eventually she called a guy over and asked if he has time to open an account for me so she doesn't have to make an appointment for me. He said he has to check with the manager.and never came back. Very weird that something like this needs to be run by the manager. He was either lying so he could just walk away without looking less than helpful or someone there likes to micro manage their staff. I waited. And waited. And After waiting around for 10 minutes, I realized they did not want my business and left. Very disheartening stuff like this is still happening in this day and age. A lot of the complaints for this bank seems to be directed towards the manager. Maybe td bank needs to wake up and look into this.

Probably the worst td branch in Oakville. Walked in, completely empty, there were 3 tellers just standing there and didn't even acknowledge me. They were too busy having a personal conversation. Very rude

I will definitely give the 5 stars because of (Nadine). This lady is amazing, friendly and helpful can’t ask for more.

Although a decent branch. I had govt check for more than 10 years.the govt check never expires or been put on hold. I was told that its too old check, and was being took to atm and then another teller stated not being put on hold. Though govt checks to do not expires nor being put on hold. I was given wrong info.

Lindsay the manager and Aria are spectacular! Amazing service. I will go out of my way to this TD branch to experience excellent service. Aria specifically assisted me and went above and beyond. Thank you

This branch in Oakville was one of the closest branch to me for a number of years while living in the Greater Toronto Area. I always received attentive and professional service at the branch. The team here was especially helpful in navigating me through the process when evaluating my credit in order to apply for a mortgage. Thanks to the wonderful, caring, and hardworking staff at this branch.

Been there to get a credit card with the good employment record. The manager or so called advisor is so rude that he don't even bother to come ask for the interview for credit card. Just don't want to continue with them. Right after that, I signed up for canadian tire credit card and instantly get 2500 dollars credit card. They needs to focus on customer service

Been dealing with this bank for 20 years and I am fed up. Horrible customer service, fees are high and very difficult to deal with. Better options out there. Switching to a credit union.

If anyone is looking for a good reason to close their TD account, go see Raven Furtado. She will help you make the decision within the first 2 minutes of dealing with her. Unacceptable, arrogant behaviour.

Absolute garbage attitude and behaviour. Went to go do a wire transfer, what seems to be the branch manager she asks me 6000 questions about my employment, why the big balance, why am I still not living at my previous home location, why am I going to a different branch for services, why did I close a CHQ account and opened a student account and why have I not uploaded my proof of enrolment, many more unrelated question. The lady was simply profiling me and giving false information telling me that I can’t do a wire transfer. Immediately asked to have my things back and went to another branch that I usually go to. Smooth sailing ship they helped me with everything I needed and with the wire transfer. If you care about quality customer service and transparency avoid this branch at all cost. Complaint has been submitted to corporate you will be hearing from them soon!

I opened an account but credit card was not approved. When I close the account,they charge me 22.75$. I never use it

Went to open corporate accounts. The teller told me that they don’t open them in branch anymore and that I have to book an appointment online. She even verified with the manager. This was Thursday March 2 11: 12 AM. They booked me an appointment online for Monday march 6.
I waited for few days for the appointment.

The online agent was like no you wont be able to open your corps account online because you have an alert on your account back in July and now you have to go back to the branch.
She said the branch will call you back and ofcourse no one called.

I wish the branch verified this before sending me my way and wasting my time.

Terrible customer journey and a waste of time.

Feb 18,2023 at 3.40pm. One customer asked for cash with teller. Teller lady advised they can check on the back if they have enough but lady sitting in the chair in middle interfered without inquiring or asking any questions said "no we cannot give more than this amount". Very bad service and response quality. If lady who sits in the middle is the manager of the branch, this branch is a no-go. Tellers in this branch do not welcome you as TD tellers are known best for. Prince Michael branch is way more customer friendly.
