Make sure don’t book your appointment with Francisca Bakre. She have no idea what she is doing waste our 1 hour. After 1 hour she said she have no idea how to do it please book an other appointment with someone else. Thank you so much TD TEAM to hiring a such a brilliant person

I would give you 0 stars is i could every single time i try to deposit cash on my visa says its not available
Do your ATM not take cash anymore it's been a week
hasn't been fixed on Lundy's lane bank and Portage road bank

Absolutely no customer service! The teller name Portia did not say thank you or you're welcome what so ever!
She didn't do what i wanted to be done when i told her specifically from the beginning. Therefore, she had to redo everything again. (that took her a minute or less) I said thank you to her after everything was done, she didn't even say a single word and gave me the face.
Also, i saw her roll her eyes on another customer while i was waiting.

The tellers are nice but I asked for a manager because td has a debt on file that has been written off since 2010. The manager was not helping and being 76 years old she could use a refresher. She didn't know that nobody can touch odsp money and argued with me.was also condescending and after I left I heard her speak to the next person the same way. Please hire someone more qualified. People have kids to feed and need jobs. She can have a niceretirement.

Call them rude, call them shameless, call the lethargic, call them lairs you won’t disappoint. Had been there to verify my account which I opened online, but the teller mentioned they don’t do verification without appointment. I mean why are you even working? Due to which my card was closed so I had to open a new account.
Second incident, came to bank as my online transfer was not working. They were not able to fix it and keep stating call customer care. Out of 6 windows 2 tellers were working and they were extremely slow. Would definitely avoid this branch at any cost

They were closing and no longer have any access to the ATM in the entrance way which okay understand due to the area but the outside ATM further down the building was also out of commission, I drove to another ATM on the other side of town as they recommended and it had no power. I would have just saved the fuel and paid a fee for using a NON TD ATM

I agree with all the one star reviews that people have given to this branch manager lady.

I drove from USA 7 hours because the customer service wanted me to come physically to open the bank account. So on arrival the lady behind the desk asked I have to come back as there is no one available. I told her that I travelled from USA after driving 7 hours. Do you want me to drive back and come back again? She SHAMELESSLY said yes. I said THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION and she SMILED. Again SHAMELESS act.

So I went to another branch just 10 minutes from this horrible branch and opened my account without any issues.

There should be ZERO or negative reviews for this branch.

I just started my banking account with TD Bank branch Dorchester Road. Madame Sally Luong she help me out a lot by clearing my financial doubts. I would say I experienced quality and customer friendly service by madame Sally Luong. Thanks a lot for your valuable service. Looking forward to experience more in future.

Josh has been the only helpful person here. I’ve been running around and transferred so many times and beyond frustrated with this branch. Teller clearly didn’t know what she was doing with a wire transfer. It was clear instructions & she did her own thing which is costing me. My wire takes 1 business day usually. Here we are 7 days later and no proper call back or response. No money and no return. I was even transferred to TD employee internal line where the person said it’s not for customer. $50 fee for what? The inconvenience, inexperience, & overall poor service- never again. Still waiting on my wire….

Went to this branch to ask general banking questions and the manager of the tellers behind the desk was so dismissive. She did not even look up from her computer to answer my questions. The teller was nice but clearly looking for direction from her superior and that lady was incredibly rude.

I visited there today for my bank account and all staff was very nice especially mr. Christian he was very nice. He help me with my all inquiries And suggest me good offers for me.
