Worst branch I have dealt with so far. I was given false information about cross-border banking, and then my appointment was cancelled without my consent. Avoid this location if you can.

The bank mislead me for several years and financially ruined me. They assured me on several occasions that I as a common-law, would be entitled to 50% in a split. They also talked me out of seeking a title to the, saying its 50/50 and would waste my money. The relationship ended and my lawyer advised there is no 50/50 on a house for common laws. She ran up our HELOC when I left. They said if we ever split, the account would be paused. That never happened. They said I couldn't do it because I am a common law. That's not true btw, they can, and they should have. Then without warning they began to garnish my pay cheques for interest. Just a warning to common laws. Other than that the staff are great and friendly in everyday service. Breing money for parking.
