I arrived as soon as doors opened at 9am and was greated with a smile so as far as first impressions go this was great. There were a few people ahead of me but didn't take long for my turn. Again greated with a smile and was able to assist me super quick and amazing light conversation. Francesca help me today and was a pleasure. What ever they are paying her is not enough she's amazing. This TD location is high up on my list. Thank you for making the start of my day a positive one.

I had a terrible experience at this branch. The individuals working here do not know what they are doing. I was simply trying to make a lump sum payment, but the person at the front desk didn't know what she was doing and did it incorrectly.

Unfortunately, there were no apologies extended, and none of the other bank employees were able to rectify the situation promptly. Dealing with this issue proved to be quite a hassle for me.

I would recommend considering another branch for your banking needs; this location shows all that is wrong with traditional banks.

Mr. Ayaz is always very helpful, he does his job vey quickly and fast, customer service extra ordinary, I love This TD branch. Derry and Scot in Milton.

I love this branch, This branch is very fast and helpful, Mr. Iyaz always do a great job and help me according to my requirements, today I was in hurry, they did very fast, lady in the counter also was very smiling face and friendly and gave me next Mortgage appointment according to my convenience. Over all they doing great.

Teller staff are nice, but back office Personal Banking staff are horrible. Remember you have options - find another branch or bank.

Bad experience at the Derry Rd Milton - TD Bank location.

1. The entire visit consumed a considerable amount of time. After I initially inserted my debit card, I was advised that the teller had to restart her computer. Rather than persistently reminding me of her ongoing wait, (which is evident and took a long time), she could have examined the cheque I had already handed over for deposit and informed me that, due to the two names on the cheque, she requires the other partner's signature. However, once their system was finally ready, I inserted my debit card again, and she then told me that my partner had to sign the back of the cheque. So there was another delay as we waited for my partner to come into the branch.

2. I provided a document with full details for a wire transfer, however, I received a notification from the wire recipient that the deposit cannot be made without the account number which was detailed on that document.

Certainly, I have responsibility and could have verified it myself, but it would have been appreciated if the teller, being more knowledgeable about such transactions, had included the account number as stated in the Bank Wire Instructions document provided to her. On top of that, there was another delay printing my copy of the wire payment, and portions of the document are cut off on the right hand side.

3. Due to the fact that I need to provide additional proof for the wire transfer deposit to the recipient, I am now experiencing up to a 3 business day delay. I called this branch to waive the wire processing and service fee for the inconvenience, and was declined by the manager.

Had no issues prior to this visit with the branch. Only today I encountered theses issues with the teller with long brown hair, and the manager on site, who I heard in the background as she spoke to the rep who picked up the phone. The manager could have at least apologized for the delay in processing my wire transfer, if not waive the wire transferring fee.

My complaint is going into a TD branch on Fri or Sat the busiest days and there's only 2 staff working. Makes no sense but this seems to be quite common when I go to ANY TD branch.

Very bad service. Wanted to open a check in account. The lady at the front told me to wait and I waited for 30 mins. When it got busier, after 30 mins they called me and said we’re busy and you have to book and appointment. Never coming to this location again! Very disappointed.

I recently visited this branch and I was very impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to help me. The branch itself was clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the bank's ability to handle my financial needs. The layout of the branch was also very intuitive, making it easy for me to find the services I needed. I had the pleasure of working with Mahd who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different options available to me and answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. I appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Overall, my experience at this bank branch was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, the branch was clean and organized, and the teller I worked with was top-notch. I highly recommend this bank branch to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy bank.

What a great branch to visit, the staff here really make you feel welcomed and take your time to understand what you need financially. I had the pleasure of meeting Mahd who took his time to understand what I needed. He paid my line of credit, issued me a new debit card and helped pay a few other bills! While doing all that he still asked me how I was doing and connected with me personally. If your in Milton I recommend coming to this branch!

Great branch team which is always ready to attend you and try their best to serve you. I have been going in this branch for years now and find them very professional, helpful and caring. Heather and her team is exceptional and very considerate every time I have visited. The personal service level experience at branches is going down as most of the banks are asking customers to deal with the machines directly, but not here. This TD branch also opens on Saturday which is a great facility and you can finish your outstanding banking items at the weekend as well. My apologies as I cannot remember the individual names of all but every one at this branch deserves five stars as I have almost dealt with all of the team members. Wish this great team all the best and a very happy new year.
