TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The worst TD I’ve ever been to. Always a minimum half hour wait every time I’ve come; it’s this specific location for some reason, maybe because the area has many people who require a teller. When I order foreign currency and need a teller I will absolutely be avoiding this location at all costs. The 3 separate times I’ve done it it’s always been a 45 minute to one hour wait. Staff are nice and helpful once you actually see them an hour after waiting outside and then inside.

EDIT: minus an extra star because now this disastrous location doesn’t have ATMs working (drive thru), which is very on brand for this disheveled location. And no, you can’t use the in store ATMs after hours like you can at any other bank in 2023. Classic. Im always pleasantly reminded that this bank is as awful as the area it’s in.

My experience with opening TD accounts has been great. Tam make me feel that my business matters.

This store is the absolute worst TD. I’ve never been in where there aren’t 10 people in line. Staff seems to just float around without giving a single thought about maybe jumping off on and helping costumers. Currently here and there’s 15 people in line and 2 tellers.

WORST EXPERIENCE!

The ATM in the drive through ate up some of my money today and Corey at this branch was amazing at helping resolve the situation! As well as the manager there Kathy! Thank you guys

Branch manager Kathy was amazing! She solved my problem. I deposited a $11k check and the teller said $2000 would be available immediately. I get they put a hold on large amounts. Well I only had $1000! Kathy fixed it immediately. I called this branch because easyline had no solutions.
If you ever have this situation, call the branch directly and ask for the manager…they will fix it.

ATMs always out of service!
I went there to pull out money on a Saturday couple weeks back and it spit out 250.00 in 5 dollar bills …I regret switching banks

Went in to open a TFSA and was basically shamed by the representative cause I didn’t have an extensive knowledge of investment took almost a hours for him to finally open the account I wanted after he tried multiples times to shame push me to invest my money when I said several times I wasn’t interested

My boyfriend has been trying to get our mortgage figured out to purchase another home and it’s been over 6 weeks that he has been working with NISCHOL. I would HIGHLY suggest going to another branch and don’t waste your time with Nischol.

It was MUCH faster with our previous mortgage which was at another branch. This has been a very painful and infuriating experience thus far.

If zero stars were an option that’s what we would rate this experience.

Terrible branch. I walked in to change my debit card. The attendant resty entire online account. I have to locate and re-enter all my bill payment accounts. I would think twice about this branch and td in general. You get much better service elsewhere.would not recommend this branch or this bank
