The lady at the counter was a gem. The Manager not so much. I suggested that they could call the car insurance company to validate the cheque. The Manager at TD, showed no compassion towards our situation. Car accidents are stressful. Somehow, even when you are not at fault, you feel like you have to jump through the same hoops. I then said I would go to my BMO branch, as I know they will take the time to call the insurance company, so that the cheque could be deposited free of any holds. So I went to BMO and they went the extra mile. As always and as expected. Will be closing my account with TD. It's the little things.

I went to go get some change for work when I dropped off the deposit. The bank teller, Sarah, wanted my banking information. I advised I am here for work so no, I am not giving out my personal banking information. Sarah was actually giving me a bit of a hard time about that. If I didn't bank with TD then they would still have to make change. I had some banking I was going to do for myself after I got the change but the vibes I got from Sarah was so uncomfortable that I left. I didn't want to deal with her anymore. That is pretty sad that I can't even feel comfortable at my own bank. It seems to be going down hill this bank.

Hours never reverted back to pre Covid.
Why can’t weekday hours go back to 8pm close?
Open on Sundays, nope.
9 teller spots, rarely staffed with more than 4 tellers. Staff focused on upselling banks “benefits” (additional revenue opportunities) than expediting customers……

During my recent visit to the branch to open a new business account, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by the Small Business Operation Manager and another staff member. They exhibited remarkable efficiency by swiftly addressing my needs and were highly responsive throughout the process, contributing to a positive and efficient experience.

I’ve been a long time customer of TD Bank even before the amalgamation of the old Canada Trustco Institution. I reside in the Hamilton, ON area, but on this day, I was in Brantford, ON. I had to make a cash deposit in my account to cover my TD Line of Credit. When I was there 07/21/2023 (approximately at 4: 00 P. M.ish I line was empty, had a very polite bank employee (teller) she handled my request with competence and accuracy. Was a pleasant exchange after engaging with this employee. That’s why I choose TD Bank for my banking needs.
Kudos to Management for their training of Staff.

It's really hit-or-miss sometimes the lines were so long it's just and the staff doesn't seem to adjust to their workload by attending to customers first. Other times it's really smooth and things go off without a hitch. When it's good it's good but when it's bad it's horrible.

We went to sort out a malfunction visa card. The tellers (Janice) was very helpful and patient trying understand what exactly the problem was. She solved the problem. Great job!

This location is far by the worst TD location. The ATMs are always having issues and breaking down. The line ups inside are long and slow. Staff are not very friendly and welcoming at this location. Went to teller to do some banking and she forgot to logout of my account and next customer was exposed to my personal information and withdrew money for her bills. The only way I found out was through TD email alerting me. They did not even have the curiosity to call me and let me know what mistake they made. I had to go to an out of city TD who fought with Brantford location over the phone, had to explain many times what had occured and how to fix the issue. Icing on cake Brantford bank was denying they caused the issue until other TD Bank location looked up all the activity and started naming staff and codes. They were the ones that fixed the issue not Brantford TD. This location should really undergo some extra training and upgrade equipment. Also, be reminded what a professional environment looks like not gossiping and complaining infront of customers about other employees. I still deal with TD but out of city and have no issues and am happy.

To say they are grossly incompetent and unqualified is an understatement
Removing your entire life savings in bill form, folding them up into origami swans and flushing them down the toilet one by one is a far better use of your time, energy and money than it is being a “valued” customer here

I have been with TD with over 10 years. Never been so disappointed as I am today.
Horrible customer service. Manager is horrible and should go to learn some customer service skills.
I’m so thinking of moving all my asset over to another bank.

Hi. This branch many worker new.just learning।. I got everytime problem here. So much time waste. Today I come here about wire transfer. Send to the another country. Even manager don't know how is doing wire transfer process. If you need some cash or deposit cash. Then Good here. Any other process. Here is all learning.

Why why why did the business lines go?
Been to the bank 3 times this past week and half to do a deposit and have had to leave as the line is to the door and don't have 30-45mins to wait. Very frustrating

I have always enjoyed banking with TD. The service has always been good, however, they need to bring back the business tellers!
