Outstanding service from this branch. Visited more than 5 times through last August, staffs were very focused, the gentleman Mr. Nam was supporting my clients. Not all branches have such a service. Thank you.

I had a great experience today with Amir Haghi at this branch. He is a super nice guy and very supportive. He patiently helped me with my down payment deposit. Thanks Amir for being such a nice guy and helpful advisor!

This is the worst branch I have ever visited. Due to my work, I frequently visit banks, and am familiar with all TD branches around the area. In this branch, there is no rules or standard banking procedures. All depends on the mood of the manager. The teller will have to get instruction from the manager each time, and each time is different. When the manager is in good mood, our days will be easier; if he is in bad mood, he loves to make others to suffer.

I met Safia Naiem who listened patiently to my inquiries, and she gave an explanation in a calm, professional and courteous manner. She even assisted me speaking directly to her Supervisor / Manager to solve the issue I had. I'm really grateful for whatever she'd done for me. I have done huge transactions with TD, but since I moved two years ago to this new branch because of my area close to my home, I have never ever seen managers change every two months. Now there is a 20 something young manager with no idea what he’s doing and told me that I can deposit a check and He cannot release anything but $100. Every time I go to this branch I feel frustrated while they are making money out of us, while going to Scotiabank I feel I’m actually valued and the tellers have experience. I would suggest taking business somewhere else where the bank actually builds some relationship with the customer

Absolutely bad customer service. No proper communication about their terms and service. I will not recommend this to anyone. They make it hard during COVID times by asking you to come to branch frequently for small stuffs

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! If there was a Zero star review option, I would’ve chose it a 100X. And I say this with outmost respect. My money got jammed in the ATM and so did my Debit Card. They told me it will take by the end of the day to get me my money back “BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE THE KEY TO ENTER THE ATM MACHINE? ”. THE SUPERVISOR A MALE ABOUT 5’8-5’9 with curly hair and glasses told me they already built a report and rushed it. Anyways, they convinced me to go back home and I will receive my money at the end of the day. I left and called customer service at the end of the day to come and find out, THEY DIDN’T EVEN BUILD A REPORT! So not only did they deceive me about receiving my money at the end of the day, they also lied about building a report. One last thing, the manager who is an Asian lady with round glasses was listening in to the issue and didn’t bother doing anything about it. I’m a very honest person and I hate it when people LIE. I came to the conclusion that if TD BANK HIRES THIS KIND OF REPRESENTATIVES, ITS REALLY NOT A TRUST BANK LIKE THEY CLAIM. You just lost a loyal customer and I’m leaving to a better option. I also don’t recommend this location let alone TD Bank.

I had my credit card mailed to this branch. They never called me to pick up my card, as a result, all of my pre-authorized payments were rejected and so much more trouble.so I visited the branch after a month, on January 3,2020; I told the manager about it. The manager did not care at all and said we left a voice mail (which I never received) and just told me to have it addressed to your own house next time around! Very disappointed with the branch, especially the manager! Poor customer service.

Im so happy with their service. In the morning Ive seen Siavash, he was very pleasant to work with, very friendly, professional and got the work done on time as I was running late to work.

December 2,2019. I was at the bank today and there was some commotion happening outside and it’s clear your certain staff members here have a lot of free time to be on the phone filming things on social media. I don’t understand why she even works here then? The girl should find herself a job working for a social media platform if that’s all she wants to do on paid bank hour times. I didn’t catch her name but she was wearing a black top and green pants today. Have a talk with your staff and inform them that they work for a bank not for a phone. And instead of filming people on the street, which shouldn’t concern her, she should be doing her job and attending to the customers in the bank which is her job. Very very unprofessional.

I went there on Nov 23rd, asking for the transfer fees which have occurred on my RRSP account, and the manager told me they are not able to pull that data. Not sure from where I can pull that data if the bank itself cannot tell me that!

They have very friendly tellers. I have been doing my business here and I have no complaints. I love their customer service. There is no enough parking spot though.

Went into the branch on Monday, wait at the welcome, help & advice desk for half an hour. Staffs just stood inside and nobody came out to ask if the guest need help. Came in at a not busy time. Worst TD service ever. Never seen such a TD branch like this and soooo disappointed as a Ten-year TD loyal customer.

Unfortunately this location isn't my branch, however I went in there this afternoon since I was in the area and was sure glad I did. I have been banking with TD for over 25 years and today was the first time I was treated nicely by a knowledgeable and helpful teller she spoke nicely, clearly and with respect. Unlike most branches in the area who differentiate in races and are very discriminative unless you are Asian like them. The teller I dealt with was a very sweet young female named Safiya and her manager I spoke to as well Serena both were very nice. I think I will continue using this location for all my banking needs.

Convenient location to get foreign currencies ordered online. Ample free parking. The service is hit and miss though depending on the person you get.

I ordered foreign currencies online and got a call to.pick them up. When I showed up, they had to check my drivers license three times eventhough I had my bank card and entered my pin correctly and the name and address details on my license matches what's on their system and I've withdrawn currencies there before. They even said my drivers license was not good enough to prove my identity. Well what is? The person then gets her manager and the manager was just as defensive and short towards their customer. Even gave the manager a free lesson in customer service. C'mon TD, you pride yourselves in comfortable banking and while I appreciate the enhanced verification steps, this was certainly not in line with your advertised values.

Definitely not "banking can be this comfortable" on that green lounge chair on TV at this location. I suppose it depends who you are sitting with.

Terrible customer service. I tried to open an account here never, but I never heard back after tons of paper work. Once I finally managed to reach the FA, I was told that it's too much work and I should take my business elsewhere! The advisors here also need to work on their English and communication skills as suggested by another reviewer. I'm not sure what I was thinking even considering this Bank. 0/10.

Very aggressive financial advisor. Me and my partner went to just purchase rrsp which turned into 30 min of being forced to change our investment plans. When we said no we were not interested in at time and we just wanted to buy rrsp, she became Condensecnding and confrontational and at one point she was laughing at me for keeping saving account I have saying " you are happy with your 60 cents interests? Why? ". We both walked out of the branch with huge frustrations. Also she needs to polish her communication skills or English skills. It was just the worst experience ever with advisors. Won't mention the full name but it was a Chinese lady initial R. Y.

Give one star cause CSR was welcoming and nice.

Very rude manger from India? South America? On Monday sep 17 evening. She didn’t like my accent and she didn’t help me at all. Really wanted to close my account there for ever.

This is the only branch that I ALWAYS have problems with as the staff seems to have some kind of personal issues with me by not showing any trust after banking for over 15 years with TD Bank! I generally love TD bank services and their staff are amazing but there's something off about the staff here and how they do things differently from other branches. It's sad that I have to drive much further to use another branch or the one by my business when this one is only steps away from where I live. I hope more improvements will be put in place with training and selection of staffs.
