This is one of the best branch. Each and everyone at this locations are very friendly and knowledgeable.

She rolls her eyes and just seems fed up with her job/life. I can’t speak on her behalf however those are the cues I received from my minimal interaction with her.

Very disgusted as I am a firm believer of good customer deserving good customer service and vice versa.

We live in a time where most things related to banking are easily accessible online. Nonetheless, you would except that visiting the bank that handles your hard worked money once in a blue moon would rather be a pleasant experience.

Romina whom is the manager here is very professional and respectful, can’t say the same for Lovejeet.

Akshay is also very nice and isn’t on a power trip like his colleague Lovejeet.

Horrible place! Staff are extremely slow. No one receives any phone call! Need to wait hours in line to get answered. Unfortunate to experience such with TD.

This staff at this bank is horrible, I deposited some cash and because the machine didn’t count it it was put on hold saying it’s a cheque and I have to wait until Oct 31st when I deposited the money on the 21st. I went into the branch and explain myself and the lady was very rude saying they can’t release the funds the ATM does not belong to them and the manager will call. Today is the 27th I’m still waiting for a call and my money. I even told them I have kids and no money at all this did not help. Worse bank ever.

I had the worst exp of my life today even being a regular customer. Some girl named LOVEJOT or LOVEJEET smthng working on counter was rude and under some sort of bad ego influence treate dme very badly. I think she is tired from this job and just doing timepass and destroying TD customer base of this branch. Then when i got helped on the other counter she immidetaly started typing on keyboard for long time she kept doing that which gave me an impression she might be adding bad words on my TD profile just to cover her rubbish behaviour and attitude.

I would recommend not going on this location.

Very poor service, many people on the line but they open only one tailor, waited for a hour, if you have all day then I recommend this branch otherwise I won’t go that branch again.

Super slow, always big lines, wait time is always unnecessary with tellers just doing nothing. In all my visits never see more than 3 tellers. With more than 15-20 people waiting in line. No urgency on part of staff or manager to open more counters.

Very Slow Service - took forever to get my cheque certified, only 2 tellers are working all the time and they're not even properly trained.they run back to manager again and again to confirm little things. They have no idea about Td cash management system (Remote deposit, EFT)

Very disappointed. The staff is not helping at all. A lot of waiting time even having an appointment. No matter for appointment timings.

Maxima akbarzad, working as a manager customer experience, is such a rude lady, she treats customers like nothing as is it’s not her duty to be polite and humble, I just had query regarding my account, she replied me so rudely without any etiquette’s of customer service, highly annoyed nd upset with such behaviour
