TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Poor communication, seemed very disorganized at this branch.
Had to follow up on our end as return calls were not made by one representative and they offered the excuse that the phone number we provided didn't ring.
Some of the transactions were taken care of fairly promptly, but one (simple) transaction took multiple visits over 7 days and over 4+ reps to achieve, even on the heels of multiple hours with client care on the phone.
Definitely holding onto all documents provided as fin transaction still wasn't conclusively updated in the system.

Made an appointment to open children's bank accounts. Nobody was available despite the appointment. Seemed clueless as to what had gone wrong. No apology or offer to reschedule.

Called me Dave in the response. Not my name. Went to different branch and had a great experience. Dundas St Branch was professional.

By far the most unprofessional staff I have come across. The personal banking associate I was interacting with was extremely unhelpful, made empty promises and never bothered responding to my follow up emails.
