This is the worst bank around.always a wait, never any sense of urgency, no employee to help customers.
1 teller and 12 people in line waiting for over 15 min.
And this is December 23, you think they would be better prepared.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to this branch left much to be desired. The staff seemed to lack essential knowledge, which made the experience quite frustrating. I hope the branch can improve its training and expertise to better assist customers in the future.

I might give them 0 or -5 star because of their service to the customers.

I would give zero stars if possible. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had an appointment to get some help with a refund, once they realized I was coming in for something that is not SR related, SR is sales revenue that they generate for opening accounts etc, they wanted to cancel my appointment, I did not let them and showed up. Once I was there the manager took over and tried to help, by try I mean he did absolutely nothing, told me to do things I have already done, didn't care that I am a customer of 30 years, picked his teeth while speaking to me, very condescending, pushed all blame to me and did not want to help. During our interaction a teller came to ask him for help as he is her manager and he basically scolded her just for asking for help. This guy shouldn't even work in customer service let alone be a manager, I worked for TD for 10 years and never seen anything like it, he didn't care about anything and has that smirk that he knows it and nobody will do anything about it. I said maybe it's time to move business to another bank and he said he could care less. TD doesn't value customer service they value sales. I guess 2 billion a quarter isn't enough to just help a customer without any benefit to them.

I had the worst customer service experience at this bank they treat their client with disrespect I went to cancel one of the AUTO payments I had on my account and they asked me for additional of the $25 fee after one week I got charged from the same account that I have paid $25 fee and when I went back to tell them that I have got charge from the same account that I paid $25 fee to get it cancelled. They said we are sorry we can't do nothing about it and one of the workers there she came out of her office and with a loud voice front of all the other people were in the lobby she kicked me out and she told me I have no business here I feel so disrespected
I don't recommend TD bank to anyone that want to feel respected

Went in there with expired credit card. Told me they couldn't mail a new one so i told them to cancel. Turns out they can't cancel a credit card in the branch, i have to call. I ask for my card back to enter it into td recording to get a rep. They wouldn't give me my card back. Couldn't solve anything and created more problems.

March 2023, Great teller Ms Nour quick smooth services & nice helpful manager Greg. 2) But the past 2 years Fatima is always edgy, nerveous, aggressive unhelpful, desaster, fatima says SHUSH to other customer LOUDLY even if there's no noise. 3) Few months ago thank you so much Andre ismail smart informative Teller w excellent customer service skills, politely suggests new ideas when no one did at Ernest TD before -

I can't believe what I've experienced, every time I came in really shady practices here. Had nothing but bad experiences personally. Some of the employees in my opinion are extremely unprofessional too and gossip and create drama and management takes their side instead of solving these disputes. Last week I came in I felt an employee was making fun of my outfit I didn't ask for her opinion her outfit wasn't that great to talk like that not appropriate I've already left and joined RBC and recommended my friends also leave and join as they told me they felt similar I feel like I'm treated much better there.

Very good service. Our manager was Michelle. All services were provided as if they were family, at a very high level and as quickly as possible! Thanks a lot)

Open people inside but both doors locked! What horrible service don't be open until 4pm then lock the door at 330! Switching banks today

I m Gijo I always had a bad experience with TD bank Bradley branch, only bcoz of that manager. She is really rude and not customer friendly. Become a manager she should suppose to know how to treat the customers. Whenever she is there all my friends had these bad experiences tooo.she is the worst ever…. Fire her to improve ur business. It’s a bank, customer satisfaction is the priority. I am planning to change my business account and insurance from here.
