Under staff and the financial advisor don't appear to think your time is of any value. They don't seem to care about anything but socializing on company time.when they should be attentive to their clients.

I have been banking at this location for a very long time for personal and business. I'm really disappointed to say that this branch is not like use to be.
Long wait for appointment to make investments. TD losing business to other institutions.

I’ve been using this branch since 1995 and some of the same staff are still there. It’s been consistently excellent service with very few exceptions. I couldn’t recommend this bank enough.

UPDATE Upon posting this review I was contacted by "customer service" and, sadly, they were just as useless as the branch staff. No rates, no name, no solution to my concerns. A lot of back and forth with ZERO results. My investments (GIC) went missing and I was told, in writing, that I didn't have any investments. It took them 8 days to find the money - no apology or explanation. They just dumped the money into my account, The list goes on.

I have been trying for weeks to find out the name of the branch manager but the name is not being disclosed to me. 33 years at this branch and I must have gone through 100 (that's how it feels) branch managers. Where do people go if they can't get answers from staff? I have been through a lot disrespectful and insulting treatment by front end stuff for years (calling me out in front of other customers) If it wasn't such a "pain" I would remove all my accounts in a heart beat. Just to clarify, I asked for over a week for someone to give me some rates for GIC's (it took a reminder after one week to get a reply). All of a sudden I was told that rates cannot be emailed. They have always been emailed to me in the past. All other financial institutions I deal with email me rates. I don't need or want to book an in person appointment (I was given a time after I already said I wouldn't be available during that time) since there is no need for one. Listen to your customers. The saddest part is that my most recent issue was with an employee that I have always respected and cared for. It's really unbelievable.

Branch Manager Amber is very rude and she treats clients very badly.

TD should take it seriously as it is not good for their business.

Dusan provided 5 star service today in helping me and my wife open a new account. Patiently answered our numerous questions and clearly explained various banking processes. Thank you very much Dusan.

The staff have no clue what they are doing between this location and the 1-800 number. The staff at this location set up my children’s accounts incorrectly and when I tried calling in to make adjustments to the account they “couldn’t” assist me and wanted my 9 year old to call in. I then had to go back to the branch to get them rectify the issue. Every time I have to call the 1-800 line it takes on average 30 minutes to get anything done where I have to argue to have any changes made even thought all of the security questions are answered correctly. The staff are clearly not trained and have no clue what they are doing. I highly recommended baking with anyone but TD. Worse experience ever!

Went to deposit a cheque and the lady at the counter was coughing like crazy. Go drink some water or something stop coughing on customers.

Always something at this location. Better off making the 2 minute drive to boardwalk …
