Absolutely the worst bank ever people are extremely rude! DO NOT BANK WITH TD

Worst TD bank service, customer associate, Robin Macdonald, doesn't know how to solve or even help in a critical situation.i have hold on my cheque, which i get it biweekly from the same place, known owner and because of my long work hours i had to deposite it through ATM this time (not mobile deposit) as I need it urgently and the bank was closed, after few days i went to the bank to withdraw cash $500 and I have in my chequing over $4000, Robin said I can't do anything you have to wait more days till the cheque released, i told her i need it urgently today for my young daughter, it's my money please release the hold as i didnt know you hold cheques if i deposited through Atm, and I have an emergency for my young daughter plus you know the place i work (same plaza), you know the owner as he is one of the biggest customer there which he agrees with me about the bad service he always get there too from the same branch. Plus i told her i had this problem may be back 3 or 4 years ago and i was deposited through mobile but the manager in Brampton was able to find a solution
And released the amount I needed that time from that cheque when I told him I needed for the mortgage. And he was fully understood the situation after investigation. On the other hand, (Mel Shemshedink) manager of TD (1086 commissioners Rd, london), said I can't release, can't help she has nothing to do at all, obivously just supporting the other lady opinion who explained The situation in a not respectful way and were laughing, doesn't understand how critical my situation and how important I need the money for my young daughter. I told her please think differently you are the manager and i had similar problem before and was solved plus I didn't know ATM deposits hold cheques i thought only mobile deposit.
Also, my records shows how good credit i have, plus I've been dealing with TD for over 13 years now. But she didn't wanna do any effort as a manager at all and said call customer service i can't do anything! I told her I'm a pharmacist and If you come to me for a refill and you don't have, the technician would say sorry no refill but the pharmacist would have try to find a solution to help you out (if she wanna really help).
I wish if this branch will be Audited and clearly they would find out how poor the service there especially with useless manager.she doesn't help at all and she is not in the right position. Manager should be able to offer solutions and think differently to prevent the loss or the harm for the customers. I guess you should send someone audit this branch and you would definitely and easily recognize how poor the management there.
I had a problem today with one of my deposits which happened before and was solved easily, but this one doesn't wanna help or do any effort or even offer alternative to help. Worst customer service in TD Bank. After 15 years, I'd definitely switch to another bank respect their customers and appreciate their investments and services.

Very very poor customer service. Got hung up on after asking a single question without a goodbye or if there was anything else I needed help with. Definitely not normal TD customer service like elsewhere
