TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Was told that I was going to be put on hold.
I was left on the line and can hear both employees and customers talking.
Then they hung up on me. Very unprofessional overall.

Slow. Unbelievably, painfully slow. Plan on spending 20-45 mins in the branch to see a teller and have a deposit/transaction completed. Mondays/Fridays easily 30minutes plus. Would also avoid the afternoon >2pm. Seems very few tellers have override authority so there’s 1 manager running around attempting clear larger cheques, manage disputes etc. Would not recommend this branch whatsoever as a small business owner. Pure headaches.
