TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Been dealing with this branch for my business for a few years now. The last few weeks have sealed the deal on me closing those accounts.

The “rules” change here on a daily basis.

several weeks ago, flew here to make it for closing time. 4: 52 at the front door i’m told “it was slow so we closed early today”

Get it together TD.

Was a handy branch until they locked the ATM machines during their non-working hours. Now this bank and others like this located through-out the city are rendered useless. Another example of big business pushing their weight and putting themselves in front of all else, including the customer.

Thanks for the quick response. I fail to see why you would sharing this feedback with appropriate team members. Did first setting up machines (replacing tax paying employees), then denying your customers access to their money by locking the doors to those machines come as a big surprise to you or your fellow appropriate team members? Can you please explain how you worded it?

1 employee to help people at noon on a Tuesday in the city is absolutely asinine. Terrible service.

Very disappointed this weekend we went to the ATM at three different branches couldn't get any money don't understand this always before you used your card to get into the ATM couldn't even do this this is very very wrong and don't say it's because of the homeless because if we used our cards this could be avoided is this another way to cause your clients grief I am a senior and don't like this at all thinking about changing to another bank or Credit Union although I personally have always really liked the staff at this branch

Jenny is the worst, do not deal with her! She lied to us multiple times and when it was brought up to her she denied it. Horrible experience with her. Do your banking elsewhere to save yourself time and money.

By far the worst td bank branch I’ve been too, and not to mention it’s my homes branch. They always seem short staffed and every time I go there the teller needs to grab the manger because they don’t even know what I’m talking about half the time.

The main problem is that I use this place for buisiness and they always hold my checks being my HOME branch but when I went to a random branch in Harrow they clear my cheques right away
