With many retail financial institution experiences, people tend to voice out the negative concerns but I don't see many positive interactions shared. Therefore, I will take this opportunity to leave a feedback as every agent at this branch was well versed with proper customer service. Keep up the excellent service!

If I can rate them zero, it will be too much, their tellers have zero experience, very rude and they know nothing about customer service. Unprofessional. This is assumed to be the business counter. Never again dealing with this branch. Management need to pay more attention for the counter teller in this branch.

TD Canada Trust deliver cònsistent earnings growth, the branch is situated at a easily approached and prominent places with excellent services in all branches with ATM machines facilities for withdral of one, s deposits.

Great experience! I came in with no idea of how to change my account details, etc. But the people working there are so helpful and nice it ended up taking less than 15 minutes. Hashim Hasnain was a phenomenal help and was the teller who helped me throughout the process. If you’re worried about having trouble with your accounts, or just need to deposit something, there’s no need to worry because their service is amazing.

I have tried to open a single account, and it is STILL not open, been around 45 days.
3 branch visits, 10 calls to their contact centre, and things keep going in one big giant loop.
Apparently, the back office never got any communication coming from this branch, and the representatives have completely disappeared when I try to contact and e-mail them as to what is wrong.

Had to escalate through support staff in multiple levels upwards before I even got an answer.
Should not be a surprise as TD has decided NOT to pay any performance-based bonuses to their employees this year, hence employees see everything as a chore than a duty, things have really gone downhill.

Nothing but poor and negative experiences at this specific branch. If I could give less than 0 stars I would.

Lets start from our first instance. Moved into town a few years ago and the first thing I made sure to do was to walk into this branch and update my new home address and contact numbers. They assured me all the new information was updated on their records and any correspondence moving forward would be directed to the new information I provided.

Fast forward a few years and it turns out my credit card expired. Waited a month and never received the new card. Called the credit card company and they informed me that it was sent to the wrong and old address and all the information I had on file was not up to date. Only mildly inconvenient. I was told that a new card would be sent to this specific branch and that I would be notified when they received it for me to pick up. After finding this out, again, I had called this specific branch, SPECIFICALLY, to make sure they had the correct phone number to notify me to pick up my card. For the second time, the assured me they had my correct info. A month later, I get a call and a voicemail filled with attitude warning me that my card has been there for a month and that if I don't pick it up immediately it will be sent away. Are you kidding me? Left work early to go to this branch in person and once again, i was lectured at the customer service desk about the importance of updating my correct information and how they have tried to contact me endlessly (Obviously at the wrong contact information and never on the new information that I provided countless times). Had a lovely experience getting snapped at by one of the representatives (I'll spare her name since I'd rather not cost anyone their job in a pandemic) She was nothing but rude and inconsiderate, literally would not let me get a word in or let me explain any of my situation. She continued to blame me for this whole experience.

I will be closing all of my accounts in the near future once I can get everything transferred to my other bank. I have attended all other TD branches and have had pleasant experiences. The only consistent experience Ive ever had at this branch has been poor customer service. Whether its personal banking or through dealing with business accounts with my employer, it has been problem after problem and I will wholeheartedly advise anyone with TD to go to any other branch in town.

I usually go to this branch for my banking. Great customer service from teller Hashim. Always very friendly and accommodating. He gave me a new safety deposit box for that I Was waiting for more then 3 years. Awesome experience.

Never disappoints. Amazing staff. I have showed up in emergency a couple of times to withdraw big amounts and they always tried to help. Today it was Patti and she was quick to help. 5 stars to this branch.

Very poor customer service. Bad experience here with a family member, but has been resolved with head-office. I hope that they continue to work to strive to help their customers.

I am so happy with the top knotch level of customer swrvices and financial advice provided in this branch. Huge shout out to Anika Siuda, Habiba and Mr. Mehdi for their great teamwork in meeting my business/financial needs by keeping their client's interest first. Everyone in this branch is truly a Gem, but Anika is the next level.

Terrible experience. If you need to withdraw cash in an amount greater than $2000, don’t waste your time at this branch. Absolutely ridiculous that a TD branch of this size cannot accommodate a cash transaction greater than $2000.00.

I feel like people are often quick to make comments and leave reviews when they have bad things to say, so when I have a really good customer experience I like to share it. I have been banking with TD for many years and because I’ve lived and worked in various areas around the GTA I’ve dealt with several branches. I called this brach because it is closeish to my work and I was having problems with online banking and the people on the phone at the call centre were not very helpful. By the time I called this branch I was very frustrated and therefore, I’m embarrassed to admit, I was not very kind to the lady that answered the phone, Bruga. Bruga, to her credit, was very kind and told me to come in and that she would personally help me. Though it was month end and they were very busy, true to her word, Bruga spent over 30 minutes helping me sort out all my issues! She is amazing, she resolved all my problems with a smile on her face. This was the best baking experience I have ever had in my entire life. Even though I live in Richmond Hill I will intentionally do my banking at this branch.

This bank has the worst advisors! My husband and I went in to speak to a financial advisor (Mehrdad Sohrabi) and he was so disrespectful and sexist towards me as a woman. He only introduced himself to my husband and only shook my husband's hand. He barely made eye contact with me or acknowledged my presence-he only focused on my husband even though my husband and I are equal investors. He also cut me off while I was asking a question and didn't even apologize for it. I was just as much a customer/investor as my husband, but I didn't get treated as such. Never have I felt so much sexism at a bank. Do not use this branch and do not go to this advisor for your financial/investment needs!
