24 hour ATM is inaccessible. Someone thoughtlessly covered the slot used to unlock the door. Why have a separate 24 hour ATM vestibule if it locks with the branch?

Went to use the ATM at 6: 05 and the doors were locked. I've gone to several branches after hours, and even on Sundays just to use the ATM and have never been locked out. Don't waste your time with this one.

The most annoying branch ever. They lock their lobby after hours and on weekends so you can’t access the bank machines because they have a drive through out door one BUT THE DRIVE THRU OUT SIDE ONE IS OUT OF SERVICE 99% of the time. It’s so ridiculous you can’t just go into the lobby like EVERY OTHER TD bank when it’s closed. Very inconvenient to have to drive to another neighborhood to use the bank machine. As for the inside the “ advisors “ I met were clueless. Terrible branch

I had a terrible experience in this TD branch; overall having an account with TD for a decade now I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism! One of the employees named Marvin Karera helped as apply for a service. He promised he will get back to us within 2 days, a week passed we did not hear anything, I emailed him and left him a voice message. We did not hear anything back from him. Waited another week, but nothing! We called and emailed again, and after waiting another week Marvin emailed saying that he forgot to submit our application and he will do it that day and we will hear from him that week. Again 2 weeks passed and we did not hear from him, again I emailed him, and waited another week we did not hear from him again. When the same thing happened several times I called the branch and was able to speak to the manager, the manager was very polite, and apologetic when I told him that email can take only 10 seconds or so. Then we received an email within 20 minutes from Marvin Karera mentioning that the application was rejected. We were extremely disappointed by Marvin Karera's customer service, his lack of communication skills and his lack of interest and regard for TD clients. We felt disrespected and disvalued for Marvin's treatments, TD's excellent experiences can be turned into horrible and terrible ones by these kinds of employees! I am writing this "your application is in process" took me 5 seconds, "and we are still waiting for the response" 6 seconds. "Your application has been denied, sorry for the news" 10 seconds. But we waited for almost 2 months, and emailed 5 times and called 4 times!
