This morning one of my family members went in this branch. The tailor manager is very disrespectful and rude, he accused my father for a mistake that one of his employees have made. He was also really aggressive and threatened him, even though my father was very calm and respectful while talking to him. I would not recommend this branch.

Worst bank I’ve ever been to! I have never experienced such bad Customer Service at any Bank. I went there to deposit my Cheque and they did not deposit it and they gave me a receipt. Every time I come to this bank, they give me a hard time with my cheques, however when I go to other TD locations, they process everything for me without any problems. I always have to travel to other locations because of them. What kind of service and training do you guys provide your employees? ! I am very disappointed…do better! Even one star is too much for you guys.

I am going to this location for years and they are CONSTANTLY ROOD AND UNPLEASANT slow and not acknowledge to be in any of the position they hold …. I do get only stress and disrespect ….

Anupama Bhandari has the worst attitude in the office. She should learn some lessons on customer service and pay attention to time sensitive issues. She should learn to treat all her customers with the same respect regardless of age or background. Anupama told me typing "you need a co-signer" is too much to type in an email after I emailed her multiple times about my application then blamed me for not answering her 1 phone call. Make sure to book someone else for ur appointment if you get her. She seems to think of herself as Kim Kardasian, clearly too busy for normal folk.

Very happy with Td and their employers. Kasra helped me today, he was very efficient and professional. All my questions and concerns were answered. I was there around 10am and there was no wait time, very quick. Overall happy with my experience. Thanks

This is the WORST TD branch. Maybe it is just my luck, but I always get the WORST staff. There was a gentleman waiting patiently in the front area (not inside the bank, but by the entrance to get into the bank). I followed. Once he went in I continued to wait. A lady had just walked into the branch, so I followed. There was a girl with a red floral dress and long dark hair screaming “ma’am! You need to wait outside! ”. I thought to myself how about the lady in front of me? ! She just walked right in and no one said anything. And no need to yell. And not only does she say wait outside at the entrance, she pushes the door opener to make sure I stand OUTSIDE IN THE COLD. There is always a better approach to things and this was just uncalled for. She could have easily said “sorry ma’am we are at capacity, and unfortunately you will have to wait outside or in your car. ” Get some manners.

This bank won’t even accept and deposit their own cheques! Horrible service and horrible. Went to another location within 20 min and had the same TD bank deposited no problem.
Changing my home branch to another location. They made an error during my account opening which now causes lots of problems when I try to get debit card replaced. I go to different branched and have no problems depositing cheques that are their own.
This is my home branch and it’s very problematic! I will be changing my home branch to a new location! This location is a mess.

Worst location. Drive through ATM always has problems. No access to inside ATM on holidays and weekends. Avoid it.

I went to this branch to do a simple deposit and was told by by teller she can't deposit - simple deposit as I am not known to this branch. Went to the branch close by and without any problems deposited. Not much common sense.

Managers Peter and Sarah and rep Jaslin provided phenomenal customer service! They went above and beyond the entire time and facilitated the process effortlessly ensuring there would be no issues.

They automatically cancelled my appointment and rescheduled in Square One which is way further than where I live. They cancelled it without telling me too. The person's name is Jaslin Sidhu.

First i, do as instructed, follow their checkin procedure, only to watch many people file in ahead of me.then i wait in queue longer and ask the greeter why the mobile queue isnt moving, to which she replies, oh im sorry.please line up inside.and goes back to chit chat with her male counterpart at the greeting desk.i guess it was her that was inconvenienced?

Then the teller.starts checking my rolled coins to make sure theyre not fake or something.i ask if shes going to check all of them, to which she replied, yes sorry.

A lot of sorries, from a sorrowful branch.and of course they close the ATM vestibule at night so i cant even use the branch at all.

Terrible service.no other branch is like this.

This is aimed at Ramez Al-Azrai, i came in a very stressful manner after a very stressful day and Ramez and the rest of the team at TD really came together to do what needed to be done for me in the time frame i had. The manager was Sarah and she was great as well!

Worst service of any TD location! Took my paycheque to this location and although it was a TD cheque, they verified the funds where there, called the owner to verify the authenticity they still insisted on either holding it for 5 days or charging me $15 to certify it. The tellers where all off in a corner chatting and talking as if they where at a party oblivious to the clients in line. This location needs a new manager and client service training to even come close to the service of other locations.

This is the worse TD Branch! Don’t go there at any cost!
I had a very bad experience. The problem is the staff is new and thus you will get answers that are not correct. I went in with a request and the customer service manager told me I have to call TD VISA for that. I came home and called TD VISA and they apologized saying this is something that only the branch can do.
I went back furious this time and asked to speak to the branch manager but I was directed to a senior investment advisor (a lady who was just trying to calm things down without any genuine concern). She completed my request and when I asked her that I want to talk to the branch manager she said she will pass on the complaint.
I went back to meet the branch manager because I wanted to personally address my concern. I met with Mariam Nasir who spoke nicely to me and even offered a goodwill gesture of a coffee card asking me what coffee I like but months after I never received anything, not that I care about it but it shows the fake concern of this branch.
This branch is nowhere close to TD’s exquisite customer experience, I will never visit this branch ever and you might want to avoid it as well.

Absolutley the worst TD ever! Dont even bother coming here, better off figuring your problem out on your own.or driving to the next branch. Came here the first time, and the teller gave me wrong information & wasted an hour doing a quick 5 min job.

Just went again today (giving the benefit of the doubt), and she just stared blankly with no input. Told me to call the number at the back of my card & still stuck on hold for 2 hr. Completely USELESS

** LATEST IMPORTANT REVIEW **

Everything could have been easier, my issue was approached in the most difficult and inefficient way possible. Please hire people who know how to do their job instead of calling 5 people to assist in a simple task such as identity verification. I pulled my money and closed my account with this bank because of how rude and difficult it was to operate with. I was also charged because the branch couldn't provide money so I was forced to purchase a draft when it was not my intention. I had to compensate for their lacking. They disregarded my drivers license, PIN, bank card, physical presence, phone number, and pictures of my passport for verification. They wanted to do a colonoscopy for verification on top of the 5 other measures. I also had to reline up 3 times just to pull my money. The unqualified agents and "Miss Surpreet" specifically didn't know how to add information to my account and was asking personal non related questions towards the transaction in process. They are probing more than they need to and don't know how to do anything, they play tag with their manager to get any results (tapped in her manager 4 times for a basic task). Please avoid this trash branch. I closed my account and was charged for it as well after they've mistreated me and benefitted from my funds.

Unqualified, untrained, rude, and unprofessional workers that don't know how to do anything are hired here. I wonder who hires and approves these people, its as if the only criteria is to be useless. Even basic English, communication and customer service seems to be rare skill here. Worst branch ever.

Extremely unprofessional service at this branch. Please avoid going to this branch at all costs
One of the staff who did not even give me his name was more keen on blaming me for the long wait time on their fraud support line than trying to help us understand the problem. He was extremely rude, unhelpful and even misled us to believe that the issue was to be solved by calling the bank's fraud line when in fact it was to be dealt with by any of the branch offices only. Very dismissive, rude, condescending and unprofessional behavior.
I am never stepping into this branch ever if I even continue with this bank and would strongly advise all to stay away from this particular branch.

Now later that day I went to another branch because the fraud helpline said the issue can only be addressed at any of the TD bank branch and not only did they confirm this to be the case but also were actually listening to our problem and promised to help us resolve the issue. Now this is what bank staff are supposed to be paid for and not for unprofessional rude behavior. If you are reading your branch's reviews, you know who you are. Shame on you.

My daughters and I visited the TD Eglinton branch couple of months back and was served by young man name David Williams-II, he was so knowledgeable and professional and educated us on all the things we weren’t aware of about our accounts. Ever since I reach out to him when I have questions, he right away replies to me. I’m really happy with his work and his great Customer service so I do recommend David Williams-II to all those people who need good service @Eglingtom Ave TD bank.

Hard to give an accurate rating for the staff as they seem to have high staff turnover. For the most part they seem to have nice service, once you can make it through the long wait times.

Staff are generally friendly here. The line can be pretty long here especially month end. I would recommend to stop the chatting when the line gets long. By that time people just want to go in and out after waiting more than 10 minutes.

I had a great experience here, service was quick and teller was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me with things that were over and above what I had originally asked for and was very pleasant.
