Supposed to have a meeting with mrg.get shuffled to asst somebody.waste of time, finally request for withdrawal increase agreed. Go home try to transfer funds, back to same mistake. Another wasted visit. I guess my time isn't valued as much as the so called staff. Totally inept. This branch is awful, then they send you al bunch of messages to get "answers" nothing but denials is the plan.

You should be able to use the atm after closing hours. If you can I would of gave 4 star!:/

The atms are never available. I'm going to have to open an account at another bank so as to access my money on the weekends. Just ridiculous.

Very good. Many young juniors of TD’s represent, they do listening client to opinions and improving quickly, very satisfy, should be encouraged.

I'm very surprised by the negative reviews. Yes, it is a big inconvenience that the ATM is locked after hours, but I've always found the staff capable and willing to help me - kudos to Rita C, who always goes out of her way to make recommendations and explain fully what she's doing. I work in customer service too, and I know that some customers can be jerks. Just saying. People can get nasty when their money is involved.

I've actually never reviewed a business online before, but I just had to say that the customer representatives at this location are extremely rude, incompetent and immature for absolutely no reason.

I came to this branch a few weeks ago and was given a hard time about my photo ID being recently expired despite the fact that it contains all of my information and my photo on it.

Today I came in to inquire about increasing my overdraft limit, I was polite the entire time as I have also worked in customer service in several fields and so never treat people rudely.

I was told to increase my overdraft limit, I would have to schedule an interview, so I asked how long I would have to wait, he told me, "Not long, about 20 minutes", so I said something along the lines of, that sounds great let's do that.

He then said immediately without looking at anything that they were fully booked. I told him I must have misunderstood and thought he meant I would be able to see someone in 20 minutes, and simply asked again how long it would take to see someone about increasing my overdraft limit, and explained to him that I received a random job offer in a unionized company but in order to start this job in 3 days I would have to pay roughly 1000$ towards an initiation fee, he told me that would probably not be approved in time, so I thanked him for his time and wished him a good day, but as I walked away he turned to his co-worker and joked about me basically calling me an idiot and mocking me for simply asking a few simple questions about a service I haven't used before.

Pretty standard for TD Bank. Rarely do I meet a qualified customer service representative when I visit any TD Bank branch. One near Don Mills & Sheppard Ikea had pretty decent reps. Also Woodbine and Danforth. The two exceptions.

Definitely will be switching to a new, non-TD bank soon. Despite all the wasted time that will require. I've been with TD bank for 24 years. It won't be 25.

This is the dumbest branch ever.can not access atm even when bank is closed.no other td bank around.force you to drive 15 mins to the next bank.could take 20 depend on traffic cuz of dumb danforth. At least build an atm outside of the bank on the wall if you dont want people going in after hrs.this branch is useless. And whoever is replying to these reviews and bots.or they think like a bot.they dont care.

I fail to understand how in 2023 this bank not only cannot stay open to the same extent all other TD branches are open until, but ALSO not permit us to utilize ATM services after hours. Arguably the worst branch in the city. And this is without even addressing the ineptitude of the staff.

The lady at the counter by the names of Nikita was soo rude disrespectful and unprofessional to the customers which is un acceptable. Told her manager who didn't care about it she was rude and accused me of being rude which I wasn't and she kept on smiling at me as I told her manager.

So disappointed

I had a customer service concern at the branch. I am very impressed with how quickly the manager, Vanessa, contacted me and handled the issue.

Unfortunately, i will never ever believe in td bank, the y are not relaiable, i am out of the country and i could not access my bank acount online, every time i call to Td customer service they pretend to assist but they just put me on hold and they disconnect the telephone line.what an amazing job TD bank.the moment i come back i will change my bank.i cant relay on a bunch of iliterate who dont assist me when i needded help as i am oversease.

I went to this branch of the to pay my credit card bill, I knew immediately this Ms Karen did not want to serve me. She looked at me as if I was there to rob the bank. As a black person we know when we are being looked as a nobody. She pulled out my account and said and I quote ' I don't even know how you got this credit card' She then walked away to speak to another employee. I wanted cry because all I did was come in to pay my bill. I told her I heard what she said and that she was rude, immediately all this old white faces turned towards me as if I did something wrong. All I did was come in to pay my bills. I will never ever FORGIVE this woman. Horrible the way they made me feel. Karma is Real. 1 star is way too much for the branch.

Worst branch imaginable when it comes to ATMs. The ATMs are only open when the branch is open. Currently 2/3 ATMs are out of order.
