I'm done banking with TD. Refused to help me unless they could text a verification code to my cellphone. I'm sorry but I am not required to carry a cellphone at all times and I resent that after providing multiple forms of identification that I wouldn't be treated like a human being unless they can prove I have my cellphone on me.

I have been with this branch since I was a child and for 23 years iv had issue after issue after issue, they treat poor customers completely different from rich customers, they up your bank fees and charges without telling you all the time, as soon as I can I’m leaving this branch, no loyalty and no respect don’t bank here!

Not being aTD customer. Just would like a money wire tranfer to the branch in Alberta. Raised a lot of issues with the teller. Seems to me staff is under trained. Additionall service was not provided after my initial complain. Half a star would have been appropriate. No problems at another local branch. Was done in just a few minutes.

Good luck if you have anything to do with INVESTMENT team over here. I’ve been going back and forth couple of months to get a business done in related area…. Aaaaand hallelujah! Still following up, sending emails, call, book appointments, and the business’s still undone. I don’t know who is in charge of the management, whoever is, you better start training the employees, first: to have a faster response to the customer’s needs, emails, and requests. 2d: to upgrade the knowledge specifically in investment area. 3d: have them replaced if they can’t be there for their designated responsibilities.
I will soon take my business to other branches, to find someone who can at least respond my emails. This is awful for one of the greatest Canadian banks to have such bad feedbacks which I see, lots of people left, with kind of similar experiences….

I don’t bank with TD but had a question about some finances.

Annette answered my questions with no problems whatsoever and helped me as much as she could.

The staff needs more training on compassion and how to deal with people. The fact that they find comedy in senior customers struggling to understand is enough for me to never want to go back. Not the first time I've experienced or witnessed this type of behavior from the staff at this location. The customer service I experienced was next to none. I think Jenny was more interested in finishing her shift than helping me out. I hope that none of you ever have to be in the situation I'm in because it's not very nice at all. Especially when people's have the ability to take a minute and look a bit into a situation they just choose not too. Not very good customer service at this location. I've received excellent service at other locations and on the phone. Won't be returning here.

Horrible phone service an it takes way to long to to talk to a real person not a robot I'm always being disconnected on calls an will no longer be banking here
