It seems that the employees and the assistant branch manager Carl (who was the RUDEST) have no idea what they’re doing. Three times I’ve tried to give them a death certificate as my mother had passed away and three times I had the “Right survivorship” thrown at me. I spoke to the people at the Dorchester Road Branch and got a totally different response. They gave me the number for the Estates department. The only thing I can say is that the estates department told me that the bank should learn the protocol when somebody passes away, and that they should have taken the Death Certificate and contacted the Estates Department. I can now see why they are rated 2.9.

It seems strange that another branch had no problem taking the Death Certificate and beginning the process with the Estates Department which should have been done when I came in three times. Everyone I spoke to was absolutely DISGUSTED that Carl would be so rude especially when I was still grieving from my mother’s passing and not know the protocol, maybe he didn’t like being on cash that day

Not a good customer service
I would give less than zero start if it allows
Manager behind the desk is completely ignoring her mistakes and rude while talking
She doesn't deserve that job.
