TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Please allow a bigger time window to access the atm.
You have my money 24 hours a day but REFUSE to give me access to ANY OF IT after your person business hours.
SHAMEFUL.
ATMs are for exactly this purpose:
You are closed and I want my money.
STOP CLOSING THE ATM JUST BECAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE LEFT.

A real honest cool down to earth branch - my car was broken into last night. Someone stole my wallet. I explained it to my local branch but they insist for a physical ID. I was passing by this branch and said let me try this branch. I got my access card by Carlo after he verified everything. Thank you to the customer service Manager aswell. I was a banker and so was my fiancée you provide service by understanding the customer needs basis. I owned a business and that’s how you obtain and grow a business.

I hope the DM of TD see my post and actually value this branch. Because it’s actually very Quality of Branch in my visit.
