Does not seem like management are interested in customer service.
Cookie-cutter, robotic, one-size-fits-all approach to banking. So disappointing.
I am tempted to give a lower rating, but it wouldn’t be fair to the regular employees.

No customer service at all. Manager calls police on me. After being a customer for 20 years. He wanted apology then he will return my money that was taken from my account. They said it was service charges. They have no right to take our freedom of speech and how I can speak and act.

This bank is very unprofessional. They do not care about customers and act like it's a crime to bank with them! I've never seen this type of behavior, before coming to this branch! Dont book any appointments they will call you the day of cancel you then do the same thing again for the day they reschedule you. Very weird bunch of individuals. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH!

While a good number of the front line staff are kind and compassionate people, the management at this branch does not appear to care about their customers or offer any support or assistance aside from deflecting problems to others.

Set up some in bank items with Jayne. She was friendly, efficient and answered all of my questions.
I didn’t have an appointment made, but she got me in right away. It’s nice to see this level of personal service. Well done. This is not my main branch but I prefer it.

What they claim is
"Small Business Accounts
TD small business accounts offer a host of features and benefits to help you manage and grow your business. "

What they really do is hold cheques from companies that have been around for nearly half a century with 40+ locations canada wide for a measly 3000 dollars so when an actual small business has to pay rent. They get left for their doors to get locked. Meanwhile one of the first cheques I had ever deposited happen to be for the same amount from a company with 1 location and less than 3 years of business and they waved the hold not even a problem. Thanks td bank. I'm now left without help and extra attitude. Think I'll be taking both my accounts elsewhere.

I have lived in many different cities over the years, and thus used many different TD branches. I must say that this is one of the best branches that I’ve used.their staff are always helpful and friendly, and the line doesn’t drag on for an eternity like it does in most banks. Also, for the business banking, they are by far the best that I have used. Parking is never an issue, and it’s kept nice and clean as well. The one lady who usually runs the business line is one of the best tellers I have ever had.

Customer service for the Business Customers is very bad. I went to deposit a cheque from one of my customers. I have been doing the deposit on a monthly basis for over a year now. The lady said the want to hold on the cheques for 5 days. I said i have been receiving the same exact cheque for over a year and no need to hold it.and her response was i won't lose my job for you; go to a different branch. Seen better customer service from different branches.

Weird to rate a bank so low but this branch needs to revamp to teach their employees much needed manners. Never have I encountered such a terrible and rude teller.

Upon reading the reviews here I didn't want to believe it. Yet this being the only bank closest to me I had to give it a shot. Well one reviewer was right on the bat. He stated 5 years ago you're definitely not welcome if you're white.

Thanks to Cassandra the teller for being so judgemental. Didn't realize I had to be white in order to deposit a check. For what TD is known for, this employee doesn't even come close to friendly and helpful.

Always had great service here, for 3 years I came in nearly daily and I felt like everyone in here knows me. I certainly knows most of the staff and absolutely loved them.
Very recently my mom passed away and I hadn't been in this branch in almost 3 months. I went in to do a wire transfer and only had my personal card but not my business, and I received the rudest service and attitude from 2 of the reps who worked at the front desk. This is the FIRST point of customer service and to be treated like that was just disheartening.
It's not the first time that someone at the front was rude but this was being acceptable. I opened my business account at this branch and I've had 2 other accounts with TD for nearly 12 years.
TD should just let the tellers be the first point of contact.
