TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I have been going to the branch for years and when you go you are greeted with a hello from one of the staff at the front when you walk in. Staff is friendly and they make sure you are taken care of.

It's always a pleasure to go in and the staff make small talk with you, either asking how your day is or anything else they can help you with.

I cannot believe the services at this location. I came in for something very simple - to access to my safety deposit box. I asked the the cs associate they made me stand in line I stand in line and there's not enough tellers. I go in and to my box and there key is jammed and doesn't work. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Could not ask for anything more such supportive informative customer service. Always amazes me the way they readily help out with extra touch to make sure we got % thanks everyone for your thoughtful services stay safely blessed always

I have been with this branch for 10+ years, and will never visit this location again.

Very rude and unprofessional service by their financial advisors where the following happened:
- Advisor did not verify my ID when I walked in for my appointment
- Advisor commented on my age, asked for my personal income, asked if I was new to Canada, but did not add any value afterwards
- Advisor berated and talked down to me. I understand they need to promote products, but they should respect client decisions.

I went to this branch to transfer money from one account to another being that it couldn’t be done online. I had an appointment at 4pm with Magdy Fanous. I arrived at the bank 10 minutes early, I saw personal banker Magdy came out his office at 4pm looked around and did not ask or acknowledge me. I told customer service I was there for appointment and while Magdy was in his office at his computer, he did not see me and my daughter until 4: 25pm with no excuse or apology. When he then saw me I was told I can’t get my money until 2-3 days after transfer. I pleaded with Magdy if he could speed up process since it was urgent. He then said okay I will get funds next day and I had to sign paper to speed up process. Next day my money still was not transferred and wasn’t even processed by this bank as per Td telephone service. I called the bank spoke to Magdy only for him to deny saying I would get my money next day and that I was lying and also that I would not get money till 3 days as per policy. I tried calling branch to speak to manager and the branch kept hanging up my calls everytime. Too bad I couldn’t give a 0 review because this branch is the worst branch ever. I am very disappointed as I have been a customer for many years and now have to think about switching from TD!

We have been stayed with this TD Branch for 10+ years and love it very much especially the cozy environment (green chairs & tables, free coffee, easy access garbage boxes) and sweet/professional front desk employees. But now seems everything changed, no more free coffee & garbage boxes are invisible, those lovely front desk guys gone and bunch of new faces were shown with no smiling or greeting like prior front desk workers and very slow services delivered & sily responses to the customer's questions or further requests.
I went to this brach last week and served by a girl without wearing a staff tag on her chest & her face partially hiden by the two side's long hair down, she spoke mandarin initially to me without checking if I speak or willing to speak this non official language in Canada, she had neither smiling nor greeting nor 'if anything else i can help? ' when approaching the end of the service but threw the last page of the printed document to me without saying sorry, she also didn't not answer my question properly.
The only comfort with this branch is that I knew Raymond Chow for a while and I am very happy with his professional services, I appreciate TD still holding good employee like Raymond.
