When im coming to this brunch it’s never busy (im always coming before 4pm), stuff there are so nice and police - every time I’m leaving in a good mood:) however ATM outside is not working for cash receiving which is inconvenient.

I have been with TD for 17 years & dealt with several branches. Every teller I've dealt with here is a pleasure. I can only assume the management is top notch. I've never needed them.

Really bad business service. I’ve been with TD for over 18 years and have a number of business accounts and personal accounts.none of that seemed to matter when I needed to deposit an important cheque 10 minutes before closing. They couldn’t take the time to accommodate.

This branch has been a thorn in my side a couple times now. Pretty weak.

Left 2 phone messages and sent 3 emails in regards to an email I was sent by a banking rep regarding my account. They do not respond at all.

By far the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I’ve banked with TD for over 15 years and the disrespectful and inadequate experience I had here today is enough for me to want to switch my main bank.

I booked an appointment to make an RSP contributions from my anual bonus. Not only did the financial advisor, Mandar Walavalkar, refuse to process my deposit, sending me to the teller instead, he wouldn’t allow me to transfer my mutual funds without mining me for data first. Clearly this man’s priorities is making commissions off of mutual funds sales, and not customer service.

The teller was equally useless, not allowing me to deposit a cheque from my employer to my RSP account, because the cheque was made to TD and not my personal account, Even though this is the same process My employer and I performed for my 4 previous RSP contributions as due diligence for tax auditing purposes.

All in all, it was a waste of an afternoon I had taken off of work. I feel insulted and belittled.

Another branch was able to service my requests after I voiced my grievances, but the events I experienced today makes me question why I bank with TD Canada Trust.

I went to this location to close my mutual fund. First impression was great. I was welcomed and served when I entered the branch. The guy who was helping me at the counter seemed uncertain and just left the counter to talk to another employee. Which then I heard it was about my situation! It would have been better to inform the customer prior to leaving the counter! He wasn’t able to help me that is why he booked me with one of their advisors who was on lunch break. I waited not so long until a guy waved at me from far away to get my attention to go toward him. It would have been better to come closer instead of waving! After entering his office, he started updating some information regarding to my account and in between I could see him opening some new tabs and answering questions on my behalf without even sharing the questions with me. I questioned him about the extra tabs that were opened and he closed them all immediately and mentioned it was necessary to do so! In general, I did not receive a good customer service and I am not comfortable with all suspicious activities.

Do not trust anything any of the staff tell you. We came in to close our credit cards to apply for new ones. When I asked the financial advisor Michael about what would happen to our points on the credit card we were closing, I was told by him that they would issue us a cheque with the balance of the points accumulated. Waited patiently for this cheque to come. It did not. After a few months decided to call TD VISA to ask about where this cheque was only for them to tell me that all the points i have accumulated are expired, because they expire after 3 months (also told by another person 90 days.well which is it?), and they would not help me. After paying fees for YEARS on this special credit card where I could accumulate points, and never redeeming them to save up, now I was told there was nothing they could do. Okay, well I'm closing all my accounts with TD, as well as credit cards because of this incident. HORRIBLE. Would never recommend TD to anybody.

This branch is MUCH better than the liberty village location on Hanna. Staff are friendly, polite and wear their TD Pins and Name tags providing a professional atmosphere. Come here, avoid the LV branch if you want decent, attentive service from TD.

No precise information on credit history, no clear answers to direct questions.different places tell you different things. Wish there was a place you could get reliable info from this bank

This branch service is very terrible, special customer service manager Emily Yue is the worse ever service in this branch. I just askes her i need a prove letter that i was with TD bank, she refuced and she can not help this. Cos i m not with TD right now.

I'm really impressed by the work ethic of the financial advisers at this branch. On a few occasions Michael went out of his way to offer help.
