I experienced extremely poor customer service from Sunny Ruotong Zheng. She promised to follow up with me on the matters we discussed during our appointment since she was not able to answer them at the time, but she never did. I followed up with her by email and waited for 8 days without hearing back. When I emailed her for the second time, she continued to ignore my inquiries. I thought she might have switched jobs, but to my surprise, I spotted her working at the counter on another day. When I asked her about the email, she said she had escalated the question and was waiting for a response. It was disheartening to discover that she had not communicated this to me, leaving me in the dark about the status of my concerns instead of providing a simple update. At the very least, she should have informed me that she was waiting for a response through email instead of continually ignoring my messages.

Towards the end of our initial appointment, she repeatedly said 'get out' in Chinese, which made me uncomfortable. Despite this, I tried to be understanding and let it pass. However, despite my efforts to maintain understanding, her conduct was entirely unprofessional, and it became increasingly clear that Sunny Ruotong Zheng's behavior was far from acceptable. Such disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable, and it ultimately led me to schedule an appointment with another advisor to address and resolve my ongoing issue.

Bad customer service provided by Parul. I did a credit card application and got declined without a valid reason. And Parul showed a rude attitude and very irresponsible for the case. Disappointed and NOT RECOMMENDED this branch

This TD is ridiculous! By only have one staff to do the authorization, there was more than 30 mins wait for the line. Some staffs are untrained and some experienced staff spend 20 mins talking to the customer while more than 10 people are lining up.

The WORST TD branch in Toronto. The staff here is unbelievable unprofessional, use ridiculous excuses to cover up their mistakes. Would rather go further than come back this branch.

Friendly staff but they are forgetful.

Put in a request for items to pick up and they forgot to remove them from the vault. So I have to return tomorrow and then they get flooded. So I have to wait some more.

I have been TD Bank customer for more than 1 year, using different branchs. Most of them, are very nice and staff is great. However, the experience of this branch was completely disappointed, always I have trouble with my checks. They told me to do it in one way, then another, then they say they didn't say that. Even, questioning if my surname was my name ‍️

New customer. I made an appointment online to set up a bank account here and the process was very simple and straightforward. Maybe it's because I already knew what I wanted. Maybe they are just very efficient in setting up bank accounts. I don't know. Either way, I was in and out in 30 minutes. I was told they didn't have any small safety deposit boxes available at the branch, but I could go to another branch to set that up or to go to the TD headquarters down the street. Overall, an excellent branch.

The branch manager here is deplorable. Kia I think her name was? Something like that. Interacting with her alone was enough reason to move all my money, mortgage, and investments to another bank. Absolutely disgraceful staff. Not only do they not help you when you need their help, but they point the figure back at you. Manbean was very nice, she has since left. Too bad. Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible.

I had no issue with the branch before its temporary closure. Since then I am not able to pick up my cc and cheques for 2 months. The call center advised me to reach the branch because they have someone in there. I've left 3 voice messages so far and got no callback.

Any time there’s even a single person in line, it takes way too long to get a teller.however, the worst issue is making an appointment. I made an appointment with Mario (a financial advisor) for 5PM. I walked in at 4: 45PM and waited in line for a teller because no one was at the front desk.they said to sit and wait.so I did.at 5: 05PM, a frustrated couple who were waiting an hour for their Debit Cards went down the hall to speak to someone in the offices. I followed suit to Mario’s office only to be brushed off for another 15 minutes while he helped them despite setting them up with a teller / knowing he had an appointment at 5PM. TD just lost me as a customer.this is absurd.once I was able to talk to the financial advisor, he was great.but no one at this branch seems to care about making their customers wait / waste their time.

Excellent Branch. The one girl who is excellent has been there for years and she is so funny and so nice. She is Gold. I tired them for my Business after having issues with RBC and now I have everything with TD, this branch is excellent. Great People!

I enjoy going to this branch - I consistently found the bank tellers to be friendly, down to earth, helpful, and professional. I really appreciate
the genuine nature and the feeling of community when I interact with the tellers here. It's refreshing to have my business handled efficiently and with great customer service. I hope the staff are being recognized and rewarded for their customer service because it goes a long way in customer retention.

Let me start by saying that I have been a TD customer for 25 years. This is the best TD branch I have ever visited as far as service goes. They are friendly and efficient. It's a pleasure to deal with this branch

Staff at this branch were very helpful when I had to sort out an issue with my TD Bank US account (phone access to US account had been frozen after someone called impersonating me).
