Terrible customer service. And everytime I call nobody picks up or calls back. So please contact me I've been trying to cancel my account all day terrible banking experience with you guys

Terrible service representative, was rude over the phone and not acknowledging a problem that was being explained. Shouted back and hung up the phone. Never experienced something like that. This staff member was Vesna Georgievski. Hire people that know how to respectfully speak over the phone as we are bringing business to the location and not trying to do anything but get good service.

Staff is Extremely rude I'm not not to complain about things but today it's like they dont want to be at work well news flash dont like your job then get a new one it's that simple it's not my fault your in a bad mood

Big thanks to VESNA GEORGESKI, she worked too hard for her clients, I saw her compassion, empathy and care toward to her clients. I'm amazed with her job, I hope her colleagues would be like her as well

Very bad staff and don’t care costumer really they are foolish or im foolish I stayed with them.

If you go there don’t believe them check twice.

One of the employees at this branch, Vesna, went way out of her way for me to obtain some transaction books that the branch did not have in stock. Not many people bother to take the time to go the extra mile for customers these days but Vesna did and I thank her very much.

Very disappointed with TD bank service. They have closed multiple branches and reduced hours with excuse of COVID19. Most other banks only reduced hours. Even TD phone banking has reduced hours. Taking advantage of the situation to reduce costs and increase profits.

I get that this is a very stressful time and such but I witnessed the most terrible customer service of my life today. Im not a customer but I was waiting for my father to get into the bank today, and the first hour I guess is meant for seniors which I totally understand, but the brown curly haired lady was absolutely horrid to the customers waiting and when there was no seniors waiting, she told all the none senior customers they would have to wait till 11am and it was 10: 20 am. When my father and multiple other customers said they were not warned of this, she said that "there were signs everywhere" and that is was their fault for coming so early, everyone was frustrated of course. Maybe in the future separate the seniors and none seniors into separate lines and learn in the future. To the lady who was rude, you should be fired for your lack of empathy and customer service skills, if tou worked anywhere else that would not be tolerated.

This branch is the most terrible branch because of some employees are the least skillful in communication, the lady who deposited the money said there will be a hold, I never had any hold experience with the company’s Cheque before. Do not go there, stay away and be safe

This bank is AMAZING! They are so mindful, courteous, fair and welcoming. I had to get a US money order and they had organized all aspects of the public doing banking in a safe, respectful and careful manner. Distancing in line outside the bank, a staff member continually disinfecting every single surface as we moved through the door, one person at a time.
Moving the line in a totally fair and equitable manner, allowing one person in at a time into the bank and a chair in front of the spaced tellers - to keep all safe and the tellers also continually disinfected the space. The staff have always been extremely friendly and kind.

My personal bank is in another location, but I am proud to be a TD long time customer?

I would not recommend this brunch at lest especially this brunch there is a few old ladies that Got really bad attitude and especially the Menager she think there’s no other banks in Canada we’ll just so you this was the reason for us to cancel all the account.

Was told by their bank manager Diane that 10 thousand dollars is too much money to deposit into a checking account. Gave me tons of attitude saying she has been a bank manager for 15 years and she is making the personal choice of holding my personal cheque because she doesn't know me. I am going to another location. Would not recommend anyone to come here when you are going to be treated like a criminal depositing bad cheques. They refused to answer my fiance's question about banking policy because they thought he is not on the account, when in fact he's joint to it. Simply doing your job of checking the accounts would verify that and my banking activity to show I have beyond $10,000 credit activity.

Good physical location but subpar service that can't do anything right. Service is better at the Jackson location.
