I never usually go to the branch I do everything online. But this one time I needed help from an actual person, the service was really bad. The associate did not listen to what I wanted /didn’t even want to look at me while I spoke to her and spent time printing out exactly what I told her I didn’t want. All in all the person was rude, felt like she didn’t want to help me out and pretty much told me to zip it

I waited 15bmins to get to the cashier. When I got there they were not prepared to make out a money order the service person disappeared for 5 minutes. Them they had to register the box of money orders.when I asked how much longer the next cashiersqid something under his breath to me
So I asked him why q bank is not prepared to make out a bank draft. Terrible customer service

The Personal Banking associate Kevin Park was very helpful throughout the application process of the financial product and constant follow-up communication regarding the application. Also, the Assistant manager Furjana Sarker is a good manager who spent special time to make sure that applications are processed in the right way. I would highly recommend others for booking an appointment with Kevin for their financial product application and also reach out to the Assistant manager Furjana Sarker.

I am scared to use their ATM machines again. I usually withdraw a $1000 at a time using my atm card from my home country and deposit it to my TD account. Imagine the stress when that money didn’t come out and I was charged for it. It’s been more than a month now and I still haven’t gotten my money back.

I had a great customer service experience though with one of their staff, Jack, a few months ago for helping me setup my credit card. Which is why I’m leaving 3 stars instead of 1.

I’ve had a pleasant experience with a few staff at this branch. Normally on the weekends is when I go but I had a super unpleasant experience today. The manager had to notify the staff that I was in line waiting which wasn’t a big deal but I was pretty annoyed that I deposit cheques monthly in my business account with no problem and suddenly this cheque needed to be held for a few days. He was pretty rude when I asked why and said it was protocol but I don’t understand how I’ve deposited over ten cheques and never had this happen before. The fact that I pay an outrageous fee for them to store my money and they restrict me from when and how I use it is ridiculous. To be honest, I probably wouldn’t be so upset if the customer service was better! Crypto is the move.

Pleasant experience with my mom at this branch today. I would like to make an appreciation for Derrick who was dealing with an extremely rude and berating customer with the utmost patience. It takes more than customer service to that, much respect to you.

Don’t ever go here if you’re in a rush, I waited 25 minutes for the tellers to deal with the two same people they were helping since I walked in. I’m not sure if they are incompetent or have the getting paid by the hour mentality. No regard for the people waiting, they’ll even avoid eye contact because they know how slow they’re going.

I had a pleasant customer experience today. But special kudos to an employee named Stella who was dealing with a very rude customer off to my side. She remained very professional and polite during the entire interaction, even though the man was quite insufferable.

Yikes, stay away from this branch. Bad experience overall. Does anyone even smile in this location? Branch manager was not helpful. "No" seems to be the common answer. Don't expect much service.

Hostile banking and discriminatory financing at its finest. Will hold your money hostage for extended periods of time. Manager has no power to make decisive decisions other than snap "No" decisions. Customer service is very poor.

Worst experience i have ever had dealing with a financial institution. I have been working in the banking services for over 9 years and what i have experienced at this location has made me feel very unconsidered, as a new client and more importantly racially profiled. Not only they do not follow up with their clients but I also trust that the entire TD organization does not care how this specific branch is negatively impacting the people living in the liberty village area considering all the bad reviews on this page with no actions never taken over many years.

Always a reliable and friendly branch right in the heart of liberty village, and been going there for years, however I wanted to give a particular shout-out to one of the tellers there, Eduardo, who went out of his way to help me figure out the best solutions to a particular situation I was having, due to Covid. A stand up guy, he patiently assisted me through multiple visits over the summer. Hope you're doing well, buddy.

Went to td I ask for the manager not very professional or educated about banks from one bank to another doesn't known how deal with customers he doesn't known what bank draft is from another bank he said its fake even known we had all receipts from bank

Pathetic customer service. Branch manager don't know what is he working. CSR are also very rude and ZERO knowledge of customer service. JOVAN KRSTIC doesn't know the meaning of customer service. I wound never recommend this branch to any one.

Had a terrible experience with the branch manager michael. Brought a bank draft from my Dad and they told me they needed to put a hold on it for 5 days. I gave him the receipts and paperwork for the draft along with the business card of the branch manager from my dads bank so that he could verify the funds and take it off hold, as i lost my place in a fire a few weeks before and needed the money to buy a new place. He said they do not call other branches. I told him the circumstance and also that Im 7 months pregnant and he still said no. I took the cheque to the TD on queen west and they did it on their own without me asking them. The branch in lib had 1 other person after me.was not busy AT ALL and the manager was more focused on making sure that people were standing on the dots on the floor and not close together. Great customer service TD.

Worst customer service ever and not helpful. The branch manager just left me while I was explaining that another banks debit or credit card along with e driving license is considered an ID. I’m filing a complaint - so rude!

Poor service. I'm not used to rude tellers, because every TD I have ever visited has amazing customer service! People also came in and cut in line, nothing was done. Male teller flirting with female customer and taking up far too much time.

This is the worst TD branch. There is always “a problem” with some routine issue and the staff never know what to do about it. The rotating cast of managers just act like a deer in the headlight. They scheduled me for an appointment to open an account today. I rescheduled my whole team around it and then told me when I got there that they needed my passport. In the morning they told me a scan would work. On other occasions I would transfer $ to my US account and other branches would give a preferred rate if you were transferring a large sum. This branch has no idea how to do it. They struggle just to deposit cheques.

Terrible branch. I’ve been here before about 2-3 years ago waiting in line for a female teller to finish flirting with a male customer before another was able to assist me. Little has changed this year. I bought British pounds and euros for my trip to europe in may 2019. For some reason as a bank, they were fully unaware that they’ve been selling withdrawn ten pound notes that aren’t legally accepted in the UK since March 2018. I now have to exchange them at the bank of England when I return to London because apparently this branch doesn’t carry the new one and would only convert it into CAD considering that I may lose money on conversion, which I will have to exchange back to pounds again for my next trip to London. Stay away from this branch!

Dogs are allowed inside this bank location! They even give treats and will have water in a bowl in the summer time for the dogs. I will not leave my dog anywhere unattended so any place that understands ones fear of leaving a dog outside is awesome in my books. 4 out of 5 staff members are very friendly. Absolutely no complaints

Been using this branch for 9 years with my business.
Disregarded by the current manager more than once. Twice he's refused to acknowledge me let alone help me - flipped me to his staff and walked away. Do not recommend - considering moving my business account to another bank.

I don't think I've met a more more thoughtful, diligent, and compassionate branch manager. Michael went out of his way to help me and my family, and continues to periodically check up to ensure we are still satisfied with our solutions. The customer service offered by Michael and his team is fantastic.

Joining in to all the other comments- this branch is by far the worst in all of Toronto!
Have been trying to get a hold of the small businesa account manager for over a week- I came down in person, emailed and left multiple voice messages with no response.

None of the front desk people are able to help either, and am now waiting over 5 hours for a call from the branch manager.

This is also not the first time I've had to "hunt down" one of their account managers to get things moving along.

Would stay away from this branch at all costs! Horrible service! Rude staff! Job doesn't get done!

Tellers are free but they completely ignore you. There are customers who cut lines and they just ignored it entirely.
