If I can give -10 I would give.one employee doesn’t respond back to emails at all. After calling many times and leaving a voicemail she called back once but not after. She is unhelpful and unprofessional.

This is my worst experience of opening a bank account, I have been waiting for a credit card for more than 45 days, I contacted the branch 3 times and each time they say wait another 5-10 business days, a waste of time and money.

I went into the branch at 1: pm, to follow up on a wire transfer that I did not have a receipt for. The teller said it was no problem, but she would have to make a call. She told me that within 45 minutes, they will get back to me. “You can wait or go, I will call you. ” She promised. After 4 hours, I did not receive a call. I went back into the branch and spoke to another person. She went to the manager, the same person from before. He said it would take 45 minutes for a response. I waited for another hour, only to realized that he left me sitting there and walked out of the branch unknown to me. One of the assistants asked me to explain what I needed help with because they would close shortly. I told her to ask her co-workers, when I pointed finger at the previous person I dealt with, she turned an gave me a laugh. She knew that there was no call going on, but it was better for them to have me sitting waiting in vain.
If you can’t help someone, don’t waste their time. I did the wire transfer in Ottawa, and they were very helpful to me. The branch closes at 6 pm, and I left the branch at 6: 20. There was nothing said about race, but as a black woman, I will consider my experience as racial profiling. They did not value my time, and took me for granted. I was leaving with tears in my eyes, I had to go back and let them know that, I did not appreciate them treating me the way they did. I felt invisible and so humiliated.

Absolutely unprofessional advisors. Don't know how to open and manage accounts. Don't know the basic rules of government requirements to direct investing. I spent a month doing everything as they told me and discovered that all their suggestions were not correct and I could have done everything in one day. Beware and don't believe them, check other branches first.

When asked to provide a 75th Birthday card for a long-time client, I was informed that it was not a possibility. Interesting that every other institution I contacted to help make this senior's covid birthday a little bit happier was very pleased to make the effort. Shame on TD for having such a lack of community spirit. It was a small gesture that would have meant a lot and provided goodwill. Too bad that TD has proved, once again, that their customers are not important.

Always have come to this branch for help with my accounts. Never really had a specific personal banking associate before until today. I needed to change some things with my account and I had Matthew Inciong help me out. Very professional and truly cared about my (the customer) needs and made sure I understood everything that he was explaining. Definitely would recommend him!

I can't say that i necessarily love TD but this branch has me feeling quite differently with such amazing staff that are always so friendly and helpful. The service is generally quite quick and the branch is kept nice and clean at all times.
