Update from my last review.

I recently had a few appointments with Leona Y. (personal banker). She is thorough and well organized. More importantly She is very knowledgeable. I kept coming back to see her and her services always exceeded my expectation.

The staff at this location are always friendly and professional. Last week, I contacted the Branch for a RESP withdrawal for my daughter. When my husband came in, Kayla S.was excellent. She’s knowledgeable and dedicated to make sure everything was in place. We couldn’t be happier with the Service.

I always have a hit and miss experience with this branch, and many times I considered flat out rating it low like others have. The tellers are always super nice, but I’ve only dealt with the branch with their financial advisors (hence the bad experience because depending on whom you get, they can be either extremely knowledgeable or…not; and the “not” can cause a lot of headaches).
My last experience is the reason for this 5*. Leona Yang helped me with some massively difficult paperwork and she was amazing throughout, followed up on time and made sure everything was processed urgently. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, great customer service, efficient, courteous… Leona is who you need. Thank you again Leona!

A conveniently located TD branch. They have an indoor ATM vestibule and a drive-thru ATM. The lines are not crazy.

Very bad customer service and lack of banking knowledge.

I needed information on CC Code for receiving wire payments from out of Canada. It is a 5 digit number. However, the teller gave me a set of alphabets. I pointed to her that it should be numbers as described on the document sheet. Then she gave me a 4-digit number instead 5-digit. I felt that she knew nothing about it. When I asked her that I want to talk to a person more familiar with the CC Code, but she said NO. After that, I talked to her supervisor - I was told it is my responsibility to find the information, not theirs. Also, I was called being silly when I asking the supervisor's name.

Later, I called TD Complaint line reported this. I was told that it is their responsibility to provide me the information. I hope TD can give people working in the front more training time so that they will have more knowledge to deal with different requests without making error. Some errors may cause serious consequences.

PS: I got an email response from TD. At this stage I would like to say that I have been using TD as my major account for more than 20 years. They have provided excellent services and I am happy with TD. I realized that this CC Code may be too rarely used so that it was just an exception.

I want to express my gratefulness to those people working in the branches. They provide important roll in our daily life and in the Covid time. Based on this thought, I changed my rating from 1-star to 3-star. Also, I learned a lesson for myself: better heading to another branch or coming back in another time if current person can not help. Talking to the manger is useless as for the arrogant attitude.

Edward is a true gem that this branch has to be proud of. With the permission of the store manager, Chris, I was allowed to see him for an urgent matter without the need to book an appointment. Edward was approached the problem with full professionalism and courtesy. Although my problem is still not solved I wish to salute this branch and Edward for the exceptional work. Great work folks!

I've been banking here since I was 14 years old. This is the best TD I've ever been to and plan to keep coming here until the day I die. World class!

Not too busy, they have good barriers in place to maintain space without sacrificing comfort or appearance. Hand sanitizer stations (touch free) at entrances

Have been handling business deposits at this branch for about 2 years now. Always friendly service from the tellers!

Pandemic protocols are excellent, social distancing markings and such are clearly marked out and easy to follow.

Since switching to this branch, I have been getting closer to my financial goals because of the helpful staff and especially because of my advisor, Patrick Jarvis. He always answers my calls and emails immediately, he takes the time to explain things throughouly and all of the advice he has given me has helped me so much! I was previously with CIBC all of my life and I was always made to feel like a second class citizen. They talked down to me and never made the time for me. They even have an ongoing issue in which they refuse to help me in solving. Whenever I leave my meeting at TD with Patrick, I always feel excited and hopeful for my future!

None of the employees seem like they got any training or know what they are doing. The manager Christopher is beyond rude. Spend an extra 2 minutes and drive to the eagleson location.

When I first joined about a year and a half ago. I had the most excellent experience with a young man.who I now forget his name.he was friendly funny and very nice. Alas after about a month he transferred to another branch and I wished him well. I have never had any problems whatsoever with the tellers nor the branch managers. And have had one particularly great experience with Kristin from the call centre! All in all great service Thank-you!

December 2019. My elderly brother was unable to withdraw any of his money from this branch because his card had expired and his new card had not yet arrived. This bank did nothing to help my brother understand what was needed to enable him to withdraw his money and they left him penniless. Even after accompanying my brother the second time to this bank we continued to run into problems. They allowed him to withdraw money on this visit with me but when we went back two weeks later to inquire about his card they wouldnt help him to reorder his card and this time they wouldn't even allow him to withdraw his money. The manager was totally unhelpful - I might as well have been talking to a brick wall.
DO NOT BANK AT THIS BRANCH. The worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Terrible customer service. I called, exposed an issue with my account, they told me to come in and that they could fix it. I told them it was a 35 km drive for me to get there so I needed to make sure they would fix the issue. They confirmed and I hopped in my car. Once there, they refused to do it. I suggested solutions and they refused absolutely everything, and with lame justifications. The manager/superviser was stubborn and had zero sympathy. Avoid this branch.

Excellent customer service from Judy Robinson (Customer Relations Coordinator). Thank you for acting immediately on the poor Customer Relations I received from another co-worker (Financial Advisor). Before I left the bank you took the necessary steps to ensure what I went to the bank to resolve was done successfully.

This has to be the worst branch of TD bank.
We have been with TD for years but have never had such bad customer experience ever. First off all, the teller we were working with seemed so unhappy that he had to serve us in the evening and did not showed any interest in attending us. But still it was ok as he got the work done but the limits were crossed when my 3 year old daughter had to pee urgently and they denied her to use washroom and asked us to go Farm boy.so much for customer satisfaction.

I’ve been a client of TD since I was 13 years old (I’m 30 now). I have opened up numerous personal and corporate accounts and have dealt with TD through former jobs as well. TD has repeatedly screwed up almost every single time I’ve approached them for help, but this last time takes the cake. I deposited a certified, draft cheque in this branch’s drive-thru location. It was written out to me under my name, and I’m the director of my corporation so depositing cheque with my name isn’t an issue. However, the draft cheque, which is considered cash, was rejected days after depositing it with no reason or notice. I went into the branch and they said that the machine couldn’t deposit it because it was made out in my name (literally I’ve done this a dozen times before so it shouldn’t have been an issue). Here’s the problem. TD hasn’t returned the cheque to me. It has been THREE WEEKS. I’m a small business owner and TD can’t trace where this cheque has gone, which means I’m out of pocket $5,000. This is the last straw. I’ll be shutting all my accounts down with TD and I’ve escalated this issue repeatedly. Because it was a certified cheque, I can’t ask the client to give me another one. TD has the worst customer service I’ve experienced outside of McDonalds and absolutely no accountability to their customers. This branch in particular had been infinitely frustrating and doesn’t seem to understand the gravity of it’s lack of response.
