Yana hamdam - is got to be the worst customer experience manager out there. Let me start off by the staff. All the staff just walk in and out of the front area, when there's customer from the counter to the entrance and have 2 people serving and Yana floating around instead of opening another till. I only had one simple question, 1 to verify some documents I had. 2 if it's not correct to help me find a solution to my problem. But what does she do, she acts like she's better then me and tells me to make a real invoice. I ask her what that means. Then smirks, I told I'm a new business owner. I got really mad after she did that. I asked what's so funny, and to explain her actions, I was told to go to another bank. I went to bmo and the guy helped me 3mins. He asked his manager and instructed me what I need to do, with kindness.

Your bank suck! Unprofessional staff!

Insane banking/withdrawal/account fees and the employees take their sweeeeet time before serving you. Had two of them finish with a customer, look me in the face then walk away instead of serving the next person in line. Missed my bus because their employees wanted to talk to each other instead of simply breaking a $10 bill into some change and letting me be on my way. Should not take 15 minutes to get some loonies and toonies cashed from a $10 bill. This place is only good if you have tons of time to waste

Excellent service. I do not have the most minimum complaint. It is a real pleasure to deal with then.

Cameron Gibb resolved issue with extra fees charged without any debate or objection and provided appropriate compensation. Very friendly and accommodating service

I would to express that I had an remarkable experience in dealing with one of your financial advisors (Tyler). Tyler was able to accommodate all my needs in a quick and professional manner, while many other employees at other locations could not. Tyler made me feel as if I was his top priority, his service made me feel comfortable and ensured that I was doing business with the correct bank. Thank you Tyler.

Closed when the avg person can actually get there. Open Mon-Fri 9-5. How is anyone supposed to be able to use your services.

Not impressed with the level of service or advice that I've received at this branch compared to the one I get from Royal or from other TD branches that I've been to.

I emailed the advisor Tyler Traversy, never responded although had an appointment with him. Worst ever customer service with no respection to client's needs. Never back to this branch.

Not sure how they are a 3 star, and who the heck gives a 1 star. There most be people very agree with them self not the back. My service with them well at least the manager was awsome. You have a problem kibdly ask for him he wikl give you is 100%
