I visited the branch around 3: 30pm on Sat, Sep 2. We went to the front desk with a family member to deal with some fraudulent activity occurring on their accounts. The man that was helping was great! Efficient and informative!

While we were with him, there was a woman working at the front desk (don't recall the name, blonde hair, a little longer than shoulder length). The woman was approached by a customer asking how to withdraw money from her account (customer seemed to be new to Canada and wasn't aware of banking procedures). The woman was rude to the customer- provided no useful information and was very condescending to a customer, who was just wanted to learn the basics of banking. Surprised that a staff member working the front desk couldn't provide a simple redirection to help the customer.

Lady at the front desk named elvina or ella sounds so rude to me. Even she didn’t greeted me well haven’t said even hllo. Also this is my first time visit to TD as i went to grab my new accounts debit cards. Worst experience in the bank ever.

My father and I had questions and business. We met with Cecile. She was a friendly, knowledgeable professional who managed all of our interactions efficiently. She also followed up with us later by phone. It was fabulous to have such great personal service. Merci beaucoup Cecile!

Guy on front desk was so polite and eager to help, i got my new access card within few minutes, so fast. So happy yet my fraudulent activity has to be sorted out. So disheartening to see my earnings going to such scammers. I have fully trust on TD they gonna get my money back.

Front desk lady staff is very bad service and I have a very bad day experience with her. One day I open the joint account with my kids, she asked so many questions and one hour take time

If your "advisor" is Emmanuel, I suggest asking for another advisor. Horrible experience and a waste of my time until his colleague Siddharth showed up. Never going back to this branch.

By far the worse TD I have ever been too. I would 100% recommend going to a different branch. I’ve never had a worse experience at TD bank.

I visited today to open my new account in TD bank the personal financial advisor Emmanuel guide me very nicely. He was amazing and soo nice it was good experience.

I waited 45 min to deposit my company cheque, the supervisor asking for $15 for certifying the cheque for not holding 5 business days, i deposit same company cheque every months without holding but she said i inly cheque for last month, Her name is Sabrina and she is supervisor, when we were talking another teller next to us was laughing at me and ask him why are you laughing and he said you don't know the process and you are complaining, its a shame if an employee making fun of clinet front of his supervisor and she didn't stop him. Came in to make a wire transfer, they have one terminal that can do this task- the one attached to the front receptionist. Receptionist has an appointment, she has to step away, he tells me that he has to take care of her desk, so I will have to wait. Ok… your desk is literally attached and right beside the reception desk. He then takes the clients right behind me to the terminal he can not use at the moment to assist me. Helps them on that terminal and they are on their way. ZERO customers for reception have come in-zero. He’s standing here staring at me and I’m staring at him.

He could easily help with the data entry to make this wire transfer (can’t do this online myself, believe me I would) and just assist whoever has a question for reception if need be. This is ridiculous.

Now, for the last 15 mins, he has been in the back with the “regular” tellers and not even attending to the Reception Desk. What will people do without a receptionist available, oh wait, there aren’t any people waiting for the receptionist.

Now he tells me it will be another 30 minutes. My words exactly “well see I saw you help two gentleman that were behind me on the same terminal and you said you couldn’t use this terminal, do you know how frustrating this is? ”
Him (Joseph) “ What would happen if 4 people came in and needed assistance and I was helping you”

Me “I literally sat here staring at you for 15 minutes with no one coming in, you could’ve done the data entry for my wire and once you needed someone to press send, they could’ve come out for 1 min and sent it with you”

Joseph, not assisting me, not apologetic, had these words for me “Back and forth, back and forth” while rolling his eyes.

That’s it, that’s what I was told.

Literally can’t multitask. This was THE worst service I have ever received in any context.
Baffled. As if I haven’t walked into an RBC or Scotiabank or ANY OTHER TD and done a wire at any teller available within 5 mins.

Beyond frustrating. When I see people saying they wish they could’ve given zero stars, I wish the same.

I have been using this bank for financial services for almost 6 yrs and the experience with most of the employees been excellent. They are very helpful and polite. The way better customer service than other locations.

None of the dispensers in your branch have sanitizer, they are completely empty? This doesn't seem like a organization that makes the safety of their patrons a priority when we are in a confirmed 6th wave of a global pandemic.

Ridiculous customer service. I was there waited for one hour and still not served and I kept hearing that the manager needs to override the transaction and she was with other customer cane after me.

Worst branch of average bank. Firstly, the front desk is rarely staffed enough to address the customers promptly. And most of associates and advisers don't give clear information on various charges and time taken.

Both times Ive come here I've been given unreasonable excuses as to why they can't help, I would then visit another branch and it would be done on the spot. Not sure if it's personal or whatever it is but they've wasted my time now on several occasions

This location is always super friendly! Starting with Sanjeet, at the front desk! This guy always has the biggest smile and greets everyone as they walk in. Not just a nice smile though. He also helps you with any information you need to do with your banking and point you in the right direction to have all your banking needs met.

I’m surprised to see the number of one star reviews.
I’ve been going to this branch for at least 4 years now and find the staff very helpful and cooperative. They try their best to resolve the issues.

Very very slow service. Advisors honestly have no idea what they are doing, one CSR sends you to other one, then he sends you to Manager, manager again send you to CSR, who again dont know what needs to be done and keep wasting your time by making you wait and wait and wait.

The worst customer service ever. We went in to open up a bank account and was greeted by a lady and was asked to wait for 10 minutes to meet a financial adviser. After few minutes one of her friends came by and she was having a lengthy chat with him about all their friends and forgot that we are waiting there to meet a financial advisor. After 20 minutes she was asking us why we were there.
As there was a miscommunication between us and the financial adviser he said he would call us and he NEVER called for about 2 months.
After about 4 months of opening the bank account we went and closed the account because of POOR service. We opened the account in BMO and we are very happy with it. They should close this TD branch. Zero level service. Its like a fish market, no service nothing.

Extremely poor service. Staff is highly untrained. Can;t believe this is the branch of TD. TD should have water facility for all branches as summer is approaching. Wish this branch knows how to treat customers

I had the worst experience there. I have a TD account so do my ex. I brought a 6000.00 money order there that was done by TD. This Asian guy was serving me. I ask him if the money will go in my account the same day. He replied "if it's good" with a gesture attitude. I then started to think what was this all for. Next in a couple second he ask me " mam may I ask how you obtain this cheque" I was so shocked. Every thing there is TD no other bank. My ex own a construction company and I am a emergency nurse. I have a court order for him to pay me over 300.000 and this was just a portion as to how the judge ask for my payment. The guy was rude. I find it very discriminatory as he may never ask a white or Asian this question. I was so disgust. The other customers in the line was shock and one ask me "is it all TD" I said yes so if he think I steal a money order or fraud. Then you have all information their to do your job and stop been judgemental because this is less than my monthly pay cheque. I was so upset that the manager took over my transaction and told me he will speak to him. Even his co worker a tall white guy was very surprise when I told him what happen. I also own a businesses and I never have this issue with CIBC. That day went into the worst day experience. They keep bothering me to get my mortgage there and credit card. If this is the service I will be provided then what would I be thinking. #RASIST#TDCANADA#TRINITYCOMMON

Worst experience. I was there yesterday in regards to my RRSP money withdrawal for home buyers plan. We met with Muhammad Elvi. He needs to take customer care classes.he was so rude and he told us we can't withdraw money from our RRSP account on the next day it takes 5 business day. He was the one who opened RRSP account for us when I told him that you didn't explain this thing when we opened our account he got so rude with us.he goes like I will call the main branch see if they can rush it for you. When he called the main branch they told him that we can get that money in our account next day only.he didn't even apologise for being wrong. He is big time RACIST.

I go every week multiple times and its always a disappointment, the staff is consistently rude, and never help. One of the worst on going customer service standards in brampton.
