Painful. Just plain painful. Took over 30 min to get an answer to a simple question and at first, was trying to send me away to call customer service. Either some of the staff are new or simply don't have a clue. Go to the TD off Neyagawa.

It's easy to see why the rating is so low 2.8. The branch has horrific customer service the branch manager called Because I gave him a negative review through the phone. When I laid out what my issue was he said he would look into for me and did not return my call. More concerned about what the ratings look like than actually solving the problem.

I find the people I encountered at this branch very unprofessional. Yesterday a teller made an appointment for me for 2pm today, with a financial advisor. But today when I showed up for my appointment, they told me they don't have an appointment for me in the system.

Friendly, helpful staff that was able to restore my conference in TD. After a poor experience at another TD branch in Oakville, this branch was excellent.

I work in customer service and I can tell when someone is good at their job, I was only there for 3 mins and Pablo deserves these 5-stars. Keep up the good work, sir!

I had a problem with my debit card pin code recently and I went to this branch, teller was good and wanted to solve the problem but I don’t know why the manager came stopped her to do her job! And he started to talk to me in an impolite weird way!
So I left the branch without doing my job because of his rudeness that day.
I wanted to write a complaint letter but I was too busy that time. However
I decided not to go to that branch anymore and change my bank as soon as possible.

The tellers and branch managers don't know what they are doing when it comes to processing corporate payments. After wasting 40 minutes of my time by 'investigating and contacting back office", the branch manager was smiling to me like she was doing me a favor.
I was lucky to make it on time to Dundas and Neyagawa branch, where they processed our payments in 5 minutes. Otherwise we would incur thousands $$ in late fees and penalties. And this happened already twice.
I wish TD would educate their personnel better

I can’t stress enough how unprofessional this branch is from top management to lower lever. The lady who is head of tellers sits at the back of counter. For every single question she got one answer No. They all are like zombies in green shirts. No manners no banking knowledge and above all no courtesy. Worst branch, worst people and worst bank I would say to give their services via such employees to their customers. I hate the fact that I have to give atleast one star which they don’t deserve at all.

Been with TD bank for years and this location is very bad service.don’t know if she was the manager that seat at the back of the accouter told me “ can’t do that or will take your card away “ very rude and unprofessional. I don’t work at bank, don’t know the rules, let me know what customer supposed to be instead of being mean to people

I've been a customer of this branch since it opened up. Usually a good experience, but recently a new employee made it very unpleasant. I guess he has some sort of a power trip, nonetheless keep up the work buddy you'll be losing a lot more business.

Worst customer service i have EVER received in my life. Because of the tellers rude, unprofessional, and condescending attitude i have officially closed all products with TD, and will never do business with them again. I asked to speak with a manager and the teller (who was serving another customer) was screaming at me over her customer, telling me managers were not available. I asked if I could have her name to file a complaint, and she literally wrote her name on a piece of scrap paper and THREW it at me, and said i look forward to your complaint.

AVOID THIS BRANCH!

Came here on Monday at 2pm. Only one teller was open and i was second in line. Spent 30 minutes waiting with other employees going around the bank like its lunch break at some factory.

I go to many TDs this one is especially lacklustre. The lady Christina was rude and has a bad attitude and got in our personal conversation between my boyfriend and I about money. It was really unprofessional as a teller and just unnecessary commentary in to a very sensitive area of people’s lives.

I wonder if that is the same employee that the person below talked about. We did go to the bank very late that night and it was like a min before closing. My transition was quick and just need to deposit. When i walked up to the counter, he made a loud sigh and said "OMG". I looked at him and he realized I heard him. Well, when you are in an open space like that, everyone can hear. He was trying to do it fast but he asked me what is this? Of course I am straight forward and said this is a certify cheque. He then said he know what it is. I think the other teller over heard his attitude and told him how to do the transaction and he had to shut up. After that, I left and i saw him and another young employee dashed out. I am sure they have somewhere to go but you still have to be professional at your job. The lady who was a little bit older stayed and did the closing.
