TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Worst customer service and always long que, even manager just sits in his chamber and dont bother if que for 10 or 50 people but they always make sure only 2 tellers being open, i just realized when i went to another branch (brickyard blvd) for the first time and he told me about offers available on my account which (Worthington) branch never told me.
But seriously going to this branch is like depression as they never corporate with you on any issue.

Absolutely garbage branch.i rather travel further away than be here. Tellers hv zero common sense, The lady Kiran Sangha needs some serious customer service training

I regret coming here everytime I only come because it’s close to my house and it’s my home branch. But now I would rather drive another 10 mins but at least get better service, respect and will take less time. The girls take there sweet time and not helpful at all and even though there were 10 people in line they stood at the cash machine taking there time to finish the conversation. It’s a weekday and the middle of the day so where I was in a rush but there service gets worse every time I come back. WILL NOT COME BACK!

The "advisors" were busy chit chatting while a line of clients are waiting to be served. Like seriously, I have worked with TD before and half the stuff the other guys can do, but they won't coz why save clients their time

Not a good branch to seek advise on Investments.better you try other branch. So called Financial advisor does not have knowledge of basic TFSA contribution/Withdrawal rules.completely miss guided and wasted my time.

Very slow service, I mean looks like they have hired the newborn kids to work as teller, it’s been more than an hr I am still standing in line and I am the second in line

I think this branch td has to be closed bec they don't have any proper teller on the front. They don't have enough staff always wait for an hour. They just talk with each other all the time.i Think they should change whole staff with their manager.

Star not even worth for TD. Every time I come it’s lined up to their front door. Think there are more managers and or supervisors than people working at counter. If you thinking of visiting this branch, give yourself at least half an hour.

They will block your card randomly and make you wait a few hours on phone to unblock it

and it will not be possible to unblock it in a branch in person, you have to call and waste half a day either way or else you won't be able to use your money. It's 2pm already and I have been on hold for more than an hour and I haven't eat anything today because I can't use my money and I have no cash. Again this cannot be solved in person and it freaks me out.

Avoid this bank at all cost

My bank card got hacked many years ago. They held my account and informed me not to use it. Well I need to use my bank card so it was inconvenient. I have been with TD for many years. Otherwise I will rate them high as I have not had any issues whatsoever and they are quite helpful to assist me at all times.

Td shouldn’t keep timings upto 8 if they can’t provide staff. Big line up upto the door at 6: 48 and only two tellers working.

Very poor customer service. Take too much time and very rude behavior. I go there for business account and after wait 45 minutes they say no business line. TD high authority look into this branch and see reviews also.the staff just chatting with coworkers and didn't do any work.if i have negative stars i give all to them.

Worst managed bank. Untrained staff and very long lineups. Always new kids on counter spending most of time asking for help from Adelina Metade. I think it’s training ground. Waisting too much time. No respect for others time.

If I could give negative stars I would. I came in yesterday at 7: 00 pm to inquire about an issue as to why my card had suddenly been suspended. A woman working for customer service kept chatting away with another coworker knowing fully well I needed to be tend to but I waited patiently anyway. When she finally decided to help me, she seemed frustrated at me when I should've been the one frustrated because she was rude nor she gave me any useful information to my situation. The quality of this branch had severely declined over the years as if TD would just hire anyone these days. Completely unprofessional and this is the bank I chose to trust my money with. I'm not at the least surprised as to why this branch has such poor ratings and as usual management NEVER does anything to improve the quality of service and only replies to reviews as if they actually care. I ended up resorting the issue myself by being on hold for countless times for many hours on the phone until I could finally use my card again. Please ACTUALLY try to improve customer service at this branch. TD bank should be embarrassed for hiring such incompetent and rude employees to serve their loyal customers.

I deposited a cheque at this branch and was told that the funds will be available on a certain day. I was okay with it as it was the exact day when I needed the funds for something really important. On that day, I found out that the depositing teller made a mistake and the actual funds will be released the next day. BUT I REALLY NEEDED THE FUNDS on the day I was told by the teller. Telephone banking rep and even a manager of different branch told me that the branch manager of this specific branch can release the fund if he/she wishes. Tried to convince the manager many times but she just doesn't want to help. This left me in a very bad situation that I just don't want to deal with this bank anymore where the customer needs are not understood at all. (In my case, it was their teller's mistake who told me the wrong date.) I am taking my 2 mortgages, investments and business accounts to different bank as soon as I can. So disappointed that the manager was not willing to make an exception by releasing even the partial amount just few hours earlier. I have been TD customer since 11 years!

Always short staffed, very slow service. No one is bothered to provide pleasant customer service.

Worst branch ever, manger is very rude. Not at all co operative. Please nerve go to this branch for anything, go to any other branch in the neighbourhood. Manger needs some managing level skills. Never recommend to anyone.

I visited the branch for an appointment with Meena. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and I left my appointment feeling very confident. Highly recommend her to anyone for all financial matters!

Weird experience. Went to deposit a bill to take out change and the teller laughed because the bill was crumpled or at me depositing it? I don’t know. I worked at the bank, and that’s not etiquette. Made me feel uncomfortable for doing my transaction honestly. Otherwise a really nice person, but a tellers job is to make you feel comfortable about your finances.

The lady in charge of the customers today in the morning was absolutely disrespectful and infuriating. We had an appointment with a personal banking advisor for 10 am, same time as the bank opens. We had arrived early and decided to go out and be the FIRST ones in line 10 minutes prior to the bank opening. When the bank opened, she came out and asked if we had registered, we told her that we had an appointment and she said she will let the people in behind us because they were here when she was here? They didn't have an appointment either. As the kind gentleman told us that we can go inside, I was able to hear her saying "there were people here before them. " I have never felt so embarrassed and angry as a customer at this branch. Definitely will not be coming back.

Call to ask want was needed to open a account and they told me ID, then I go in the same day and they say I need to make an opponent and they have no one to serve me to open an account, I said I just called and they did not say anything about this, the girl at the door did not seem to care, they like to waste people's time

This review is for Anna Risi who helped me through a complicated transaction last week. At all times Ms. Risi displayed an professional outlook and efficiently handled my transaction. I really would like to thank her for being so patient and kind. I have been a customer of TD for over 15 years and have been accustomed to great service both in the GTA and Brampton. Ms. Risi went above and beyond and I wish her the best of success.

I was at this location today. The girl that helped me was really nice and kind. Her name is Annie, when i asked her. It was a great welcome and asked about my day. I was happy and satisfied with the services provided to me at this branch. Staff member was really patient to answer all my questions with a great manner and guided/advice me with her suggestions. It was an excellent service by her and was very knowledgeable. I told her i will give her the best in survey, but didn’t receive any email so thought to do a review. Couldn’t be any happier with the service provided!

The last few years I have visited this branch I have been very very disappointed. I decided to finally do a review! What an awful service here! I have been with TD for 21 years and I have watched this branch service go down considerably! People who work there are usually incompetent, the customer service at the front desk is lacking in every way, the whole environment is one of total neglect, inefficiency, bad service and zero customer service skills. What a let down for TD! What is happening to Brampton? ! I used to get such amazing customer service, friendly, efficient and a nice environment.now it is the opposite! Do something TD.this branch is NOT a good reflection of what I remember TD bank used to stand for!

I used to like going to this branch. I knew a few of the employees by face and they knew me. Now everytime I go there it's just incompetence on top of incompetence. I won't go here anymore. They find a way to complicate even simple transactions.

Just visited this branch today.the physical distancing norms were very impressive.all the staff was very helpful.all necessary questionnaire was asked to all the customers in order to maintain a safe environment for everyone

Employee yelled at all the customers in line for not following rules that are not immediately posted anywhere but on their windows. When i took pictures of the signs on the windows so i can see it better, employee yelled again for taking pictures and not blindly believing his word. Terrible customer service. Will definitely be moving my banking needs somewhere else. @td should really consider if they want to boast about "customer appreciation" if their own employees behave this way.

I just opened my business account with this branch financial advisor Meena Akolkar. She helped me understanding the best use of my TD services. She is great advisor and answered my all questions very well. I am really happy with her customer service. This meeting build my trust with TD bank and i am glad that i am with right bank.

The rep i met was cocky, arrogant and not ready to help. So bad that i though if that was his business or father's business he would have done much more

Worst branch for TD. They don't care about the customers, most of the agents are rude and don't even have basic courtesy on how to speak or behave with the customers. Big disappointment.

Had an appointment at 3 PM on Saturday and the guy was literally acting as if he doesn't want to see me. I went to his room and he was sitting in his chair and first question yes. No Courtesy hi or hello. Though I was out in 15 minutes cause I knew the process but this guy was working as if he doesn't wanna be there and has to work. I don't go to banks too often cause everything is online but whenever I have to this is the worst branch.

Worst TD branch. Manager is so unhelpful and ignorant. Sent me back for not showing my passport as an ID proof. I had the PR card and Health card with me and soft copy of the PR card. On a manager level one should understand what is the purpose of an ID, not act as dumb robots. They should better have Robots or ID scanners like airports have instead of these no good mangers

This is my local branch. Salsa normally at information desk not helpful at all.she never give you full attention what are you talking about.
Rest of staff will give 4 stars.

Don't use the drive through bank machine at this location! It doesn't dispense full amount of cash and the bank diesndo do anything. I'm thinking there in on it and collecting the mobem for themselves!

Typically running by uneducated employee's. Zero knowledge and never tell u the cost of any products. Beware from this branch.

Seems like all of these reviews are left by td representatives friends and family! One of the slowest branch.
