Today I went to the Td bank at Sheppard Brimley for the appointment time at 5 pm. The agent who is supposed to help me was busy with another customer till 5.15 pm. She did not greet me and told rudely don't fix an appointment for taking a draft! To avoid the long crowd, I had booked an appointment and also I had a question regarding my account. I was upset with her behavior. Staff should be more courteous and friendly towards customers. I hope this doesn't happen again.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I was provided today by Rui Huang. Firstly, I was unable to have my service done in the offices 1-1 with Rui. I had to go outside at the front where all the bank tellers were. I felt very uncomfortable with multiple staff members and outsiders at the bank listening in on my situation, especially as I was providing answers to my security questions. The reps were standing joking around, and the representative then proceeded to chime into the conversation as they were helping me. I felt that my time and situation were not respected by them. The frustrated tone of voice Rui had towards me was also unsettling. When explaining my situation in Cantonese to her manager, she provided inaccurate details to them which I then chimed in to correct, but she had interrupted me. I also had many confusing, rushed explanations given to me, which was far from ideal especially after I was sent home once to retrieve another piece of identification. Additionally, the temporary password they gave me to my account was wrong. I felt a lack of insincerity and respect from this individual, and hope to never be served by them again.

The staff here actually helps a lot. Efficient, friendly and helpful. Help me resolve the problem.

Too slow. They are short staffed but experienced ones will leave and go on breaks when the line is piled up. All staff does not move fast. Being short staffed should not give the reason to work at leisure.

I've been with TD since 2005. This is the worse branch.

1. Staff is lack of training. Advisors uses TD public website to help estimate the mortgage we could get & this advisor does not even know special rules would apply on self-employed clients. Advisor asked us to gather many many documents, only later on found out sth is wrong as we have to do it differently as self-employed. WASTE OF TIME.

2. Closed a business account and found one cheque was not deposited. Visited this branch, they said they have to "gather documents to reopen account - deposit cheque - close account". I visited another branch of TD, staff of another branch simply asked me to sign at back of the cheque and deposited into my personal account.

You can go to this branch to do basic transactions (e.g. Deposit / withdraw). But don't go there if you want some professional advices or non-routine transactions, Cuz you may end up with someone who don't understand the process or doesn't have any problem solving skills.

This bank has an awesome team and a dedicated staff, the whole team is there to help. I would like to give a big thank you to the branch manger Jill, the ABM and all other employees in this branch, They are professional, warm and kind, and help my sis & my family got through a BIG trouble.
I am very impressed by their job due diligence and outstanding team-mates. Best TD branch in whole market– you won’t be disappointed!

If I could give a zero or negative star I would have given for sure. I have requested a service and application was submitted and then soon the advisor goes on vacation. Even after coming back she couldn’t take a look on the profile. I have called 3 to 4 times a day to push the processing each day. Advisor says I am on lobbying service I cannot help you now. What the hell is going on with the staff and the management. My advisor was Serina and I was extremely disappointed with her irresponsible actions which lagged the fund in my account almost 2 weeks. People go to bank for some emergency but the advisors or management don’t care at all.

Extremely bad experience. Poorly qualified tellers. Don’t even understand what others are saying. You should consider going to other branches.

They usually pretty efficient. I think the management Everyone is talking about here is the white lady manager that couldn't care less which I do mostly agree.

I went to this branch to make a quick deposit at the teller 8 mins before the branch close. I waited in line for about 8 - 10 mins. By the time I got served it was already passed the closing time. I was so shocked the first thing the teller said to me was "Could you please be here earlier next time cause we close at 4pm". I said I was already here for 10 mins and she kept saying please try to be here earlier. Maybe they should have a policy not letting anyone enter the branch at least 30 mins before closing. Then all the staff can leave on time. This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable and obsurd.

If i wanted to file a complaint that day this branch would suffer huge Embarrassment. This is Canada, and your telling me you have no accommodations at all? ! I just told you i'm hearing impaired and you still wanted me to call the customer service line? ! I said NO! Tell them you are the branch manager and then tell me what they need to verify my voice, that simple. He was still refusing with an attitude. I just asked for the track and left. Next time hell be very sorry when i come with my family who are in law. You cannot discriminate and you must, must accommodate for the deaf and hard of hearing. Its under the Disability act! 0 stars! Sad to call this my branch.

Evrey time I come to this branch. The tellers can't help me I always end up at the reception desk. I'm always waiting for over 20 min. The staff don't care for the others waiting. All I need to do is get a new card issued. But at this location the tellers never seem to do it.

I only put one star so that I could get in to make this comment, therefore it is 0 Stars and here's why. I am a health care worker and am obviously appalled at your new policy. To not allow us in your doors as you allow others when we are possibly more vigilant in staying clean and free of the virus or any other sickness. You sicknessdont know where everyone has been but just to be careful in an enclosed space such as a bank. All other banks allow us to be but you chose to be ignorant. I will make it my mission to see that when all this is done all health care worker make plans with other banks not yours. We are praised by all (thank you) but thrown under the butby you.shame on you

The staff are all very professional, friendly, and inviting. I also enjoy that they offer free wifi (not many banks do). This particular branch, appears to be all Asian employees, all or most of them are fluent in at least one of the Chinese languages (considering the ethnicity of the area) this must be very helpful to their customers. The service is a bit slow, which is 2 sided. On the one hand it offers great customer service when you're with the teller (I love the attention to detail), on the other hand when there's a line up, the wait time can be long. The building itself is very well maintained.

The manager Ervine was very helpful and great dealing with customer’s issues. He was willing to put in extra effort to help me out even when other branch managers were not!

If your not Chinese they don't even bother to help you. Staff barely speaks English this location needs to be closed down or needs new management

I called this branch on May 11 and left a message to the Front desk regarding renewing my HELOC. Nobody bothered to give a call back to me until now.

IF you can speak Chines you will be treated different than any other community only one community on this Branch
