I just called this branch for my personal banking to get some information and one of the worker was very rude and straight forward.i can understand they are closing at 6 but she was so rude and hung up on me without saying bye. I mean are working in the bank, in Canada.theu should learn some manners and they should be more professional.very bad.

Amazing customer service at this branch! I went in today to check if a transfer that I sent to myself from another bank had gone through. Unfortunately, it didn't and I needed funds right away to pay a deposit for a home purchase. Although I had a back up plan, George (TD) helped me go over all the options. He was very knowledgeable and honestly such a lifesaver! He waited patiently while we waited for a TD-TD transfer to come through. I was really stressed out as it was my first home purchase, but George was very very helpful. I can't thank him enough! He was also so easy to talk to, which made the whole waiting process even better. I think this was my third visit at this branch and every experience I've had has been great! Excellent team!

I went to this branch to make a payment with bank drafts from another financial institution and was mishandled by 3 separate staff. I was adamantly advised the bank drafts (which had the original pink backing receipt) would need to be certified by the issuing bank and put on our on hold but first they needed to be reissued and made out to me because the bill was in my name. The instruction to have the drafts reissued in my name was completely incorrect and totally contradicted the payment instructions I previously received. After spending two hours on the phone with the issuing financial institution and a TD specialist, respectively, it was confirmed I had taken the correct steps. I decided to go to another TD branch in the area and was able to make my payments without issue within 10-15 minutes.

After this experience I no longer have confidence in the knowledge or service provided at this location and will not be returning.

Never had a bad experience here. This is second most closest branch to me and I will prefer going farther for this branch. Closest branch is 45 overlea branch in east york town centre and they are the worst branch in Canada!

Stood in line for over 10 minutes. There was 2 tellers. 1 teller was stuck with a business acct the other was being helped by the woman who was sitting in the office nearest to the front line. Then 1 teller told her hes off and they both walked away leaving the guy who was stuck with the business customer. No MCE in sight. The woman didnt stay to help nothing. Finally someone else came out to help. Writing this from the line. 20 mins later, still waiting.

I have never met these kind and warm workers in every TD branches. Hopefully they get more benefits than others:)

Laura and Ayo (both managers) should get a promotion! They were both amazing and i cannot explain how much they helped me! I had to deposit a big amount of money in my account and it was going to be on hold for 5-6 days but I needed it urgently. Ayo made his manager (Laura) aware of the situation because he was going on vacation. Laura was amazing and able to contact the other institution for me urgently to release the money. They were both very accessible, understanding and very helpful. THANK YOU LAURA AND AYO FOR YOUR HELP!

When I opened up a business account at this location I thought I’d get treated with respect like all other business owners. But sadly after 3 years with this branch I’ve had nothing but headache. My account manager Andrea refuses to answer any emails nor return my calls. The last time I was there, they tried to hold a cheque from one of my day one clients; I had the teller speak with her and all she did was hide behind a pillar out front of her office to avoid me. As if it’s not hard being a black business owner in this city the level of disrespect I felt that day showed me I’m not welcomed at this branch and I take my business elsewhere. Thanks for the support!

I go to this branch and they always help me with what I need. I have not always had the same experience at other branches. Great customer service, staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
