TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

This branch is a disaster! They never have anyone in the front. If you Don’t feel like lining up and you just wanna ask a question they never have anyone in the front they’re unorganized. And there’s always a lineup every day with only to tellers working. This branch does not deserve five star. The reason why I’m putting one star is because in order for me to write a review, I had to click on a star they don’t even deserve one star. Something Needs to be done about this branch because it’s a disaster! This branch is also filthy dirty Countertops are disgusting dusty and dirty!

TD should hire more staff like Amandeep she has the most beautiful smile and patience "Service with a smile is very important it makes you feel valued and that you matter" thank you Amandeep for your exceptional service today.

This branch looks very outdated and their customer service is no different. Unfortunately I’ve had several bad customer service experiences here (clueless staff, rude staff). After several of these experiences I switched my primary bank to another bank.

The only good person here that I’ve worked with is Mr. Alvi. He’s always been friendly, on time, and has figured out a solution.

I came in to meet Vrunda for a transaction. We had a conversation about what my options was. I came back to the teller desk, upon discussing what we had spoke about just 2 minutes ago. She had the confidence in telling me, no, no that is not what ai said, you have had a misunderstanding. I comprehend and understand the English language very well. Vrunda said no that is not what I said. The whole conversation we had initially was supposedly scraped out of the equation. Save your time, they are not truthful and transparent with their clients. I was made to believe that I did not understand what she said. She clearly told me I have to open an account. Of which I was ready to do. I dont know what transpired behind the desk. She should of gotten her details correct, before stating any option to me and firming it to be, this is the way to proceed. The guts of her telling me I misheard her. Totally disrespectful of customers wishes and/or needs. I have to go to another institution now to finalize my transaction because TD was not complient with their protocols.
I would of expected a more professional and par excellence customer service from Vrunda Branch Manager. So disappointed!

This is the worst TD I have ever been in over 20+ years. I have come here multiple times and just left and went to the creditview or Argentia branch since no one works here and the ones that do are slow AF! Horrible location TD don’t close this location don’t need longer lines at good branches. Absolutely disgusted with this location and TD. Only use for a small account thank god I use BMO

I rarely provide a one star review - very disappointed of the service I received today. I called yesterday to make sure that they had approx. $800 Euro on hand and at various denominations. They said they had. I came in today and at first they said they didn't have enough Euros and directed me to another branch. They didn't even bother to apologize. I refused since I had been assured the previous day that the funds were available and I rode my bicycle to get there. They reluctantly provided me with the funds but only in $200 denominations. Now I have to go to other branches to find smaller denominations.

Watch out the drive thru atm is rigged to steal your money here, and when you try to fight you lose, and have no way to prove youre right against these robot people that work at these places, they repeat the lines given to them on a paper or on a screen, they dont care about youre problems or the context of the situation.

Too long waiting hours only open 2 tellers at a time, staff mostly gossiping rather than to open other Desks to help people. Poor service

These clowns hold same my cheque from td. They don’t know what they doing. Untrained, lazy & useless people

I tried reversing a transaction my dad made by mistake 30 min after was done. The teller and manager that day (Sept 3,2021 @ 6 pm) said it could only be done in the back office. I called today easyweb and they said teller should have been able to reverse it since I went to the branch promptly. The staff in the bank is untrained and because of this, the money is in TD hands for 35 days while they complete an investigation. What a waste of time and lack of accountability on TD side. Easyweb was also quite unhelpful and the only solution was to file a complaint. How does that help? Customer service is quite bad.and as a result of their untrained staff we have to suffer as a customer.

Bad customer service, never get back to their customer. Would never recommend to bank with this branch.

Scheduled an appointment that was handled by Sukh. Sukh was very professional and helped me understand the specifications in opening a business account. He explained the process thoroughly and was very polite. An overall very good experience.

I had the pleasure to deal with Sid D friendly and professional manager at this location that resolved my issues quickly.

Today was my lucky day, as I walked into the door this young gentleman Haidar Hasan acknowledged my presence, greeted me and offered to help. Told him I wanted a small safety locker, Haidar confirmed availability and the entire transaction was complete within 10 minutes. One rarely sees customer service of such high standards, Haidar is a great asset to TD, his positive demeanor, attitude and bubbly personality is very impressive. I must mention here that I had called this branch in December but my experience was less than expected but this time it was heartening to receive such a positive response, thank you Haidar Hasan.

Do not beleive any funancial advice from Vrunda Amin. Very unhappy with the meeting I had with a mortgage specialist. Vrunda gave me misleading information. Will be leaving TD because of this. This branch does not care about its customers.
Edit: Vrunda called me to confront me about the issues I have had. This was rude and unprofessional.

I had a very very nice experience with this branch, I am having TD bank account last 16 months. I never had any bad experience. Good staff helpful and kind, especially today I had a visit for applying for credit card, me and my wife visits, Our appointment with representative Haider Hasan he was so kind and helpful person, even we new comers in canada Haider Hasan help us to guide which types of accounts open, really thankful to Mr Haider Hasan help us to make our application for credit card also,

Incompetent and unhelpful team TD has in this branch. They don’t answer the calls. Are not ready to open accounts and take on new business. Zero starts to ten staff for being unhelpful on multiple occasions

I go this branch and today I needed help sending money and the person helped me sending money I think he is a manager His name is Gurvinder. Spelling of his name is wrong but I am very thankful to him for going out of the way to help me and make my job easy. Thank you very much once again. We need people like you.

This is a busy location at times but the staff are very professional I go out of my way to go to this branch. Great TD team here!

The staff was amazingly nice! From the second you step in, you can feel the positive energy and the lady on the counter was like really helpful with whatever I need. Love this branch!
