Latoya A.and Lea took care of me incredibly well during my visit today. Never have I ever had such a wonderful experience with TWO professional individuals in one sitting. I was truly impressed with their sophistication, knowledge and friendliness. I will recommend this location to EVERYONE I know and let them know to go to Latoya and Lea for any bank needs. Thank you to both ladies for a fantastic visit!

Here are 3 reasons TD is the worst bank for small businesses, based on my experience!

1- when I contacted TD to open a 3rd business account, I found out that they do not have my business information filed correctly, and items submitted are now missing from my file. These include vital business docs like my articles of incorporation.

2- I would expected that after escalating my issue to head office, and also provided missing documents, I've no more problems & get the account opened. But no, it took more than 2 weeks and my issue remains unresolved, and I haven't received an update in 5 days. Which makes me wonder, do they even care?

3- Throughout more than 7 interaction with TD employees I have found that they have not taken any responsibility for the error in losing my corporate documents, no one has even acknowledged the error. Yes, we all make mistakes, but I will not continue to work with a business that can't take ownership of their mistakes

Horrible branch. Poor service. Low intelligence personnel in higher positions. If it were not for BMO across the street, I'd have been even more frustrated and bothered. After 35 years, yes, 35! I will no longer be a customer of TDCanada trust because of this branches indifference, stupidity, lack of caring and general ineptitude.

Very good branch. Staff are very helpful. Love the fact they have a lot staff that speak different languages. Free parking bonus. Always get great advice.

Seem to be very nice and professional out of The couple times I dealt with them so far. Haven’t been there too many times but I definetly won’t be afraid to come to them when I need to. Manager and staff were also very understanding towards my situation Keep up the good customer service!

I've seen a few raters indicate this branch is open late, but it is only open until 6: 00pm. I wouldn't consider that being open late. I visited the branch today, coming straight from work, and arrived at 5: 45pm. With where my employer is located and my work schedule, I would not be able to arrive to the branch any earlier than that. The reason for my visit today, was to request either a certified cheque or a bank draft. Only realizing the branch closes at 6: 00pm when I arrived to the branch, as I approached the Customer Service Representative, I apologized and asked if either of the services could still be provided. She was unsure and consulted with her colleague, who advised me the better option would be certified cheque as it was cheaper, but I would need to provide the cheque, and so would have to come another time. I then left to go home. Once at home, I looked up the services on TD's website and found that the bank draft would actually be the cheaper option! Upon making that discovery, I realized I had been rushed out by the staff! I have been a loyal TD customer for many years and can't believe I was treated in that manner! At another branch that was open later, the individual who assisted me asked to check my account information, as he advised some account types offered such services free of charge. My account was one of them. The entire process took a couple of minutes! The staff at the original branch did not do their due diligence and offered poor customer service. If I could give a rating of zero stars, I would!
