TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Thank you TD Bank and specially to Nina who helped us today in Banking service.

Visited bank to have new bank account for my wife. Nina gave us appointment and she was right on time to start our banking process.

Within 20 min of time everything was done to open Bank Account. She explained all benefits and provided all detailed information on banking services.

Thank you Nina for your excellent support and being kind to us.

The manager is to rude he pretends like he owns the bank… will never visit this branch again ever, the authorities should take care bcz he might does the same with others as he did…. He is not even able to give you your money back bcz he wants you to wither it from a ATM machine…. Bcz he doesn’t want to serve you

Don't ever go to this branch, not at all cooperative.
Nobody to assist, very unprofessional way of Workington. After waiting for almost 45 minutes and they simply said that they can not give this service

This is the worst branch. I have been banking with TD for years now and the management here have no respect for their customers time. There are never enough tellers at the desks. Today there is no one at the business desk and only two tellers at the regular stalls. It is 10: 30am and they’re should be more employees working.

There are no repercussions for this branch as they continue to waste customers time.

Head office needs to investigate this as it has been going on for years here.

I attended the bank, and waited in the business line, as I’m a business owner. There was 1 person in front of me and 4 in the regular line. The one person who was currently at the business line was taking longer than expected. The 4 in the regular line had already completed and a new set of 4 were present. I had my sibling stand in the regular line thinking it would be better. The person in front of me went to a different teller and I told my sister to go back with me in the business line.

I waited 30 mins before being seen for a 5 minute business deposit transaction. The tellers or manager should teach the tellers to prioritize and triage the clients. One of the tellers probably went ‘next client’ 4 times that I heard her say that, when she could have assessed that I’ve been waiting for a long time and taken me. Both people in front of me from the business line were there for over 20 mins.

If you want to waste your time, this TD will really make this happen. I’ve had a fair amount of good experiences but lately it hasn’t been great…

Currently in line. 2 available tellers while 12 people wait. Such poor service here, everytime.

Td bank good except this branch because slowest customer service and even they never try to improve.

The current manager at this branch is rude, unprofessional and lacks awareness of clients’ needs who uses this branch.

I have tried reaching out to them countless times and left like 10000 voicemails but they would never respond. Worst bank in my opinion, Scotia and RBC they are much better in service and diligence.

I’ve been banking with TD for years now. This branch is usually very crowded but I would like to thank ‘Paula’. She always helped me out doesn’t matter even if It’s crowded. I wish there could be more helpful people like her. Thank you Paula for making my banking experience smoother.

I am just posting this to protect the locals in this area. I went to this branch yesterday and another TD branch nearby because this one was to full and I been knocked out the entire day. I did not go anywhere else this day. Definitely needs to test this place for flurona and omicron and general covid. Very disappointing as I wanted a new card shipped and they wouldn't take 5 minutes out of their day to mail it. And forced me to go in even though I said, if protective gear worked we wouldn't have lockdowns. Truely no regard for their longtime clients. Close this place for 14 days. Its dangerous

Banked here for 2 years, failed to establish any client recognition which Bolton TD did in couple of weeks.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Needed to withdraw cash out of my account to make an urgent payment. They denies the amount I asked for, ended up getting 20% of the asked amount.

I could not withdraw my own money?

I was being asked question such as, where do you work, how come you came to our branch, try e-transferring etc.

I am with TD for over 15 years and this is the type of customer service I get!

I would recommend this TD branch to everyone. Helpful and polite employees, fast service, always quick and efficient. The only thing I'm not happy with is the ATM area. The ATM area is not clean most of the times; need to clean ATM machines and the floors. There is litter always around the ATM machines.

I would have given them negative ratings if possible. Their customer service is worst. They don't have any answers. They only have one answer to every question, "call the helpline". Don't know why such a good brand hires senseless employees.

TD is became the worst bank in Pandemic crises, their staff is clueless, and people are waiting in the line in hours, I am transit operator, after 8 hours hectic shift and then I had to wait more than an hour in line, just ridiculous and I can't understand why they closed their more than half of the branches and I am gonna move my all accounts to another bank.

They need better trained staff. The Indian lady who was organizing the line outside around 1230pm should get some training how to organize and manage. Even an easy thing seemed like was too much for her.

Every time i goto this bank the lines are so long and the staff have no idea what they’re doing. Also, there is never any parking. This branch is a joke.

In and out in less than 10 mins. Just the way banking should be! Really happy this location still has a business line. Definitely made the experience faster. Especially with the lady at the counter today. She was quick and efficient.

I went there yesterday to deposit some cash and the conversation was simple but thecounter teller is very rude and unpleasant. When I asked her, she went deaf mode and everything has to be repeated twice and really frustrated me like maybe because im not a Indian. After my service the next similar race customer, she turned to be very friendly. I suggest to td bank, all branches should have multi-culture to run the bank not by only certain race.

Excellent management and staff. Busy branch but management is very organized and knowledgeable. New branch manager with lots of experience, highly recommend this branch for financial advice.

My experience with my FSR here was great! Everything was opened on time and the individuals here are always friendly when I come to do my banking.

I wish there was an option for zero star. Still 1 star is alot for this particular branch. Hope they improve it.

Friendly staff. Damanjit helped us take care of a few things and there is another girl at the customer service desk, I forgot her name, she's very nice too, seen her multiple times and she's always very helpful. Everyone in general is nice at this location.

Worst staff of all TD branches. Don't be surprised if they deny service on some irrational ground and quote that it is their policy while their online banking support denies to have that being a policy and when you ask branch to show the copy of the policy they state that it is their internal policy and cannot share. Sharing our bad experience with Manager Customer Service Jagmohan Kaur. Hope TD corporate wakes up to these reviews and reviews their staff at this branch.

The manager here is a joke. One manager that helped me out here was Deepali and she was the rudest person I have ever met. I will definetly be informing the head office about this!

This branch is a joke. I went there to get some information regarding a transaction from my account and they asked me to contact the customer service. Customer service asked me to go back to my local branch.is this a joke? TD send me emails and letters with all different type of offers and promotions but there was a transaction in my account which didn't made any sense and TD never bothered to let me know via email or letter. Basically TD took money out of my account without letting me know! Great customer service TD. Keep it up!
