Worst branch, customer service Manager does not know how to process cheques from one account to another and deal with clients

One of the worst branch in Oakville for sure. Bad management with clueless staff. Use the one in Lakeshore instead, they serve me better and know what they are doing.

Switching to a bank who prides themselves on accuracy, professionalism and some degree of transparency/honesty. Haven't been "comfortable" with TD for years, finally done!

Poor management, and even poorer investment services. I am highly disappointed with this branch, the employees do not do their job effectively. I opened up an investment account in 5 days through the lakeshore branch. I came into this branch to open up an investment account for my family member and the Typical (5-7 day) timespan was turned into 4 WEEKS! And in the end they said they can't even open up the account.this location needs a good cleaning on how operations are done. Unclear communication, lack of care, lack of effort - all go to say DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME at this location. Go to another one.

I've been standing in line with 7 other people waiting to see a teller for at least 15 minutes now and they have 3 tellers one of which is at the counter and plenty of other employees walking around not serving and seeing the line up! Not impressed dont come here if your in a rush 3 people have left the line up and that's the only reason Im Moving up the line!

This is perhaps the slowest TD branch ever! I waited for 30 minutes for a teller to take me to my safe deposit box when people arrived after me had all seen the tellers and got their business taken care of; apparently someone from the office was supposed to come get me in but that never happened. After I finally went to the safe and while cleaning out my box the teller went to serve another customer, that was another 10 minutes wait and all it took was 30 seconds for me.to clean my box, she couldn't even wait for me for that. I am glad I never have to go back to this branch again.

TD Bank is the worst bank I have ever banked with, they constantly steal money from you and the service you receive when you want to clear things up is outrageously horrible, I am closing every account I have with them as soon as possible they have awful in person service awful phone customer service and at every other bank when I have had the same problem they refund my charges and act as a bank should but TD puts the blame on you as the customer and you are always in the wrong, worst bank and customer setvice on the planet.

Worst experience I have ever had with a TD branch in my 15 years as a client. We needed to open a safety deposit box since had just moved. The branch was almost empty and they refused saying we need to first set up an appointment. This was never communicated to us when we had inquired a few days ago. I escalated to the branch manager and she was very unprofessional. Basically kept on repeating the same lame points. I have always had good experiences with TD but now am reconsidering changing. How can you advertise mobile banking and mortgages whereas require appointment for opening safety boxes. Very unprofessional branch mgt.

Would give 0 star if i could. My wife worked the night shift and had to get home to our son. This bank wasted 2.5 hours of her time to find out that they would not help out. I asked if it was a branch policy or TD as a whole. The bank manager assured me it was TD as a whole. Was unwilling to help with any solution. Made a quick call and drove up the road and a solution was made and they were very helpful. Zero customer service, zero problem solving. A few retirements are in order to make way for some fresh thinking.
