From excellence to mediocrity. SDB ridiculous Unsafe. Door left open for Safety reasons? After three decades of excellent services the Branch should be closed. A couple of responsible Tellers carry on responsibility includes a doormant Manager. We don't feel safe at this location with two entrances, No Security guard and an open door to the SDB. We feel awful for the tellers working in an Unsafe Environment.

I have never written a negative review in my life until now. I’ve been banking at this branch since 1994 and have been depositing a large cheque at the beginning of each month for 5 years. The bank manager (who was working this day of July 5 at 5: 45) needed to over ride the deposit which is normally the case. She then proceeded to click her mouse over the screen for a few minutes.then looked at me and said “does anyone know you here? Who is this ‘John’ person? ” I was appalled. She was rude and condescending. Absolutely disgusting. Not sure who is doing the hiring, but you need to smarten up.
After 28 years of banking at the Bronte TD Canada Trust, I will now be banking elsewhere.

Had issues with one of my accounts but finally all sorted and this branch do care! They updated me every step of the way and I’m very happy how my complaint was dealt with

Worst experience at all with this branch and especially their branch manager was really big professional and she was doing her almost nit to be helpful that’s insane

I recently revisited the branch since I was in the area and I must say this time was much better than last time. Although there was a problem with my account, Rida had made sure the problem was resolved asap. I appreciate such people who are not there just to make a profit, but genuinely care for my interests. Will be sure to visit her again. Glad I have investments tied to this bank.

I want to say firstly, I understand that you need to put a hold on cheques being deposited that are of certain amounts of money. But I went into this establishment at this address, been a TD Bank member for 30 years, to deposit a cheque from my insurance company as I canceled my insurance as I can no longer afford to drive thanks to covid shutting my work down. The lady takes the cheque for under $1000, and says she needs to put a hold on the cheque because this being the first time receiving a cheque from this company. It's a cheque for under a $1000 and it is coming from a major insurance company! And I could really use the money right now as covid times are tough and no clue when I start back up for work. The bank could easily see that I'm financially strapped, see it's from a reputable insurance company and it being under $1000, makes me feel they really don't care. I will be switching to BMO or Scotia Bank tomorrow.

Your automated phone system leaves something to be desired, you could spend a full day answering silly questions. I can hear that mans machine voice in my sleep.

I have always had a stellar experience at this bank. The tellers are all very personable and helpful, as are the advisors and the manager.

Jalissa (i hope i spelled right) really helped turn my wife and I' day around. After a very frustrating experience at another branch. She was able and willing to help us find a solution, and went above and beyond. Thank you very much and great work.:)

Terrible service the teller I had there today must not be well trained very disrespectful very low customer service in my life I have never experienced such terrible treatment from a teller.

One star because the front door and ATMs work. Brought in a "cashiers cheque" from BMO. These are cheques paid for by the giver and are deemed almost as good as cash. I was making a deposit on behalf of another family member and not a withdrawal. I was told they would hold the funds for 5 days before depositing. I told them they should reimburse the person who paid the fee to BMO for the cashier's cheque. I was told they have the legal right to hold onto the funds for 5 days. I was told if they called BMO to verify, that BMO would not give them the time of day. They never asked for my ID, or whether I even bank at TD personally. Another fellow told me at the bank that cashier cheques do not matter anymore as people scam using them. What? ! But yet the banks are fine with people uploading cheques from their phones? Bank branches should NOT be charging and issuing Cashier imprinted cheques if they are not going to honour them. It is an unfair business practise that takes money from people but is not honoured. Very sad indeed.

I live in Vaughan and Work in Oakville. I went here and the staff offered me services that my home TD branch wanted to charge me for.

I must tell you how very pleasantly surprised I was when an error on my part caused me to have over 40 dollars in charges taken from my account. I was upset but really it was my own fault. I took a deep breath and ask the bank very nicely if there was anything they could do for me. They did- all the charges were reversed and they were nice in return. The customer service I have received at this bank has always been good. I have no issues with any of the staff. This time though they went above and beyond. Thank you - well done.

Scamming vultures. They do the least possible to help and then harass you for services you don't want.
