Manager & staff member very bad service, specially manager very rude behaviour, unqualified, uneducated.very bad staff seriously.

Love this bank! I always come here on Saturdays and the staff is incredible! Naqib has always been great help and has helped me enormously in understanding the financial aspect! Great bank & great staff!

Worst TD branch I've ever had to deal with, very unorganized and tellers are not trained properly before handling large transactions. Had issues with this branch multiple times.

I got my mortgage approval very fast.

Worst TD branch stuffs. Too slow and very little tellers. Each time I visited this branch very much disappointed.

Absolutely no professionalism in this location. I spoke to three different employees including the bank manager and not one bit customer service experience with any of them.

Not sure why this branch is always short staffed. More than one occasion I have walked in to discuss investments, open new accounts etc and there is no one to take my requests. Their loss, because I took my business to another more available bank office.

Just like any other branch, this one is not perfect. From time to time you’ll come across many new employees who lack of experience (sometimes knowledge). However, management is very understanding and helpful. Wanted to give shot out to Zahra, she always finds a way out. Thanks.

I wish I can give them 0 Star. Worst customer service ever. I’m really thinking about switching the bank at this point. Not just that staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing; Manager (Jennifer Chase) is no different and thinks customers are clueless and she can make up whatever stories. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestion on what bank I should switch to.

Terrible customer service, I’ve experienced racism at this location, they wouldn’t even make time to speak to me, they made it seem as if I was bothering them.

This particular branch always has the longest lines and only two tellers. The lines move very slowly and even after numerous complaints about the service at this branch, nothing changes.
