TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

TD please stop funding new fossil fuel infrastructure. Canada can't win at cutting emissions while our banks pour insane amounts of money into new emissions creating projects like line 3 which is being built by your customer - Enbridge.

Poor customer service received from mortgage specialist. We were transferred to mobile mortgage advisor to get us pre approval for mortgage refinance; that mobile manager was lying about getting approval. Eventually we got a mortgage from another bank that provided excellent customer service unlike TD representatives.

Dear TD operation manager. Please take note of the way this branch is managed! When there is a line up? ALL available officers go to the front to service customers.including the branch manager! Officers are ALWAYS polite and helpful. Thank you Ms. Frances Wang for a great job. Please instruct ALL OTHER BRANCHES to do the same.becasue right now? They DON'T.thank you very much.stay safe and keep the 2 meter distance. Michael Graf S&F Food Importers.

Wasted 30 minutes of my time plus gas.staff clueless, useless.manager walked out to avoid responsibility.false advertising on web site.

Terrirble Services, this is first time to see a branch manager is lying to customer, stay away from this branch!

I wonder if somebody really see the messages here and trying to fix the problems.i would love to post the picture of the branch.a long line teller side. I just wanted to ask a question the guy in the very first office saw me waiting to ask something and closed his door from inside.the next office guy does not even look st anybody incase somebody needs help.what a branch.manager can not manage this place. Definitely!

I get to the bank at 6: 01pm today and the inside door is locked. I knock politely asking if they can let me in cuz my card doesn't work at the ATM machine and I need cash, she says sorry we are closed. I then call the branch and ask if she can let me in as I just need to withdraw money. She again says no, but tells me the one at Weston and Rutherford is open until 8. So I get in my car and drive there only to find they are closed too. Ugh! She could have let me in especially since there was a customer at the counter already, she was just being a b#&ch. Needless to say, I'm not impressed!

Great service, efficient, and knowledgable staff that always gives good advice. Everything you could look for in a bank.

Friendly staff. I find that they know how to deal with "regular" clients. I changed branches because of that.
