TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I would like to express the deepest appreciation for a professional and pleasant assistance which you branch employee Sami provided my wife and I on Monday, August 8th. We had an appointment and a ton of questions/specific requests - we received all the answers, had everything arranged and taken care of. Especially as it took much longer than our pre-booked time was. Thank you!

Got a very welcoming staff;very accommodating that i and my friend felt at home after we walked from the rain.

Very unaccommodating and the bank teller (lady with the Indian accent) was hesitant to help us. Her tone was weird and she clearly needs to quit her job because she is bored. Worst service ever!

Manger out right lied to went to another branch had no issues. Not sure how regulation change branch to branch
