Very poor customer service, one of the tellers who introduced herself as the manager as well, is a rude lady with aggressive attitude. It's a shame for a well-known bank like TD not to train its employees how to serve people respectfully.

This branch is the most awful and toxic TD branch.

The customer experience manager Caroline Rosin is extremely unprofessional, arrogant and disrespectful. She called me to pick up my credit card earlier. During the call, she did mention to me that I need to bring two government issued IDs. But the problem is she didn’t mention one of the ID must be passport. So I assumed driver’s license and health card would be sufficient enough. When I arrived in the bank and ask for my card. She said she can’t give me the card because one of the ID must be passport. So I questioned her why she didn’t mentioned that in the phone. And she keep denying it and said she mentioned that explicitly and avoid taking any responsibility regarding miscommunication. I then asked for the phone script to investigate the issues and she said she didn’t record it and asked me: do you have the phone script? What kind of attitude is that? Unbelievable!

I was so upset and asked her supervisor to come out and resolve this issue and she said arrogantly that: I am the manager. And other employees around her also saying that she is the manager. I said several time and asked for her manager and she keep saying that I am the manager, that moment makes me feel like I can’t complaint to anyone else but only to her, which is nonsense! In that situation, I feel like I was being isolated and bullying by their group. And I asked for her direct supervisor and she refused to gave me the contact. Instead she gave me some other people’s contacts. One is her contact and the other two are investment consultants but the funny thing is none of them on the name card is showing as branch manager and I know for sure no one I can talk to resolve my complaint. At the end, she asked me to come back tomorrow and the manager, who i don’t even know the name would be there.

Anyway, this branch is extremely toxic and I don’t understand why given so many negative reviews but still nothing changed?

Extremely disappointed and never come back again.

Branch was busy, but the staff were just walking and talking. I was standing there for about 32 minutes and only two tellers were working and no one cared that there was a long line.

All the tellers were working which made the line move faster, my teller Adam was so incredibly helpful! Helped me so much and has great customer service he should be promoted to whatever is above his position, 5 stars will definitely keep coming to this location

I don't get why the employees here need to take their bad mood on its customers. Indian lady (I think she's a manager) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She loudly scoffed when she was told she was being unfriendly. I will look into making a complaint to TD head office. Hopefully they can investigate why this branch is full of low ratings. No big deal. I will take my business to another td branch down the street from now on.

I don’t normally write a review however today experience was really frustrating. I have lost my credit card and debit card (I do not have any CHQ/SAV only CC) and as per Easyline (telephone banking) I was advised to go to the branch to get new debit card for online banking access. I went to the branch, teller was not sure how to process and she called her manager and they have concluded confidently it is not something that branch can do, I have to talk to the Easyline? I asked the teller multiple times that I already spoke to the Easyline and they told me to go to the branch. Are you sure? Do you guarantee it? And she said yes yes… I was not happy but things do happen so I gave a call to Easyline again and guess what?
Branch. They told me to go to the branch. They cannot reissue the card and only the brach can do. I have told them the branch was very firm
about talking to Easyline and the customer service had to say sorry because of something she didnt do. I told her not to be sorry. Isn’t this frustrating? I am going back and forth and this is not fun when you have a little one to bring with you everywhere. I will never visit this brach again and I hope frontline takes ownership when it comes to a problem solving instead of guessing and tossing responsibilities to other department.

I opened my account with this branch more than 10 years ago. The customer Serivce side lacks sorely here. It is not the same as it used to be.

Worst branch ever! Parents have dealt with TD for 65 years. They applied for a equity line of credit. They call to say your approved. Then when they did a title search to find out that over 54 years that there was a discharge fee of 9100 from previous owner of the house. There trying to suck blood out for something that happened 54 years ago.

Horrible customer experience, told me to get a certified check when I already had a draft (which is the same thing!)

And they also also don't respect the mask by-law, I saw it firsthand.

Try to be more humane, and be less discriminating. Your condescending behaviours are extremely noticeable, so please start being self-conscious about it.

Besides, instead of judging customer's attitude, you'd better watch out yours first. This could be the main reason as to why some of the tellers (a white man in long blond hair, and a brown lady in early 30s)
are just like you, who is very aggressive, hostile, and difficult to deal with.

Be more like a human being from now on. You are just.nothing but a manager at one of thousands of TD branches.

On march/03/2020 at 6: 50 pm visited branch no one is available to open account at counter. After long time one lady said wait then another one came and said business advisors left. Then i asked for direct investing account she again said no one is available. Then why first lady said to wait just say no one can help don’t west time.

I went to open a new chequing account, a nice lady by the name of Shegufa helped me get my old account, I also deposited a cheque there within a day.nice staff and short wait, I would recommend.

Customer service is non existent at this branch. A few times I had problems with them absolutely non professional. Would not except a government id, lock a door in front of me etc etc I can go on.

If i could give it a 0 or even -1 i would. Had a terrible experience at this location. Went to this location for the first time last week since it was on my way home. Went to deposit my husbands check to his account like i always do. But the lady that worked there gave me problems. I had the banking information in my hand and yet she couldn't accept it. Had to force me to contact my husband to get the information. Once i did all that she refuses to tell me if there's a hold on the check. Found out later on from a different branch that there was no hold on the check but the lady decided to personally put a 1 week hold on it. Was told the hold was unnecessary as there were many records of the same checks deposited every month. I was never rude to the lady to prompt a 1 week hold. Never again would i come back to this location or suggest anyone to go there.

I went in as a business customer and was greeted with a "YOoow" by a middle-aged lady with orange hair. She then proceeded to requiring 2 pieces of ID for a task that needed 1 (I got it done with 1 ID at another branch).

She was totally unhelpful and refused to listen to reason and generally treated me as if I'm some fraud.

So, here's a YO right back at you, E-diots.

Been going here for 17 years. It has gradually gotten worst. The staff knows you and still gives you zero breaks even for normal things for business accounts. Couldn't even pay customers' tax bills for them on last day of tax season because it was more than 10k combined. Horrible understanding of reality of business and how people's lives work. We often regret picking this branch as our business branch, I suggest just going to another TD branch. I deal with many other banks, they are not like this.

Very unprofessional stuff! Considering TD’s reputation and standards I am surprised that this branch is still open or run by her current management. Today I had interaction with Miss Cassandra.it makes you never go back and give them any business.

This branch is the worst branch I have every seen. 3 stuff and 1 manager got no idea about efficiency. Even one lady at the counter was chat with a customer more than 20 mins. Sick
